The ONLY reason to not have voter ID laws is voter fraud. All the weak complaints about "enfranchising" voters or how it costs so much money to get an ID juts don't cut it. Poor folks need an ID to get Welfare and Food Stamps. Pass voter ID now!

Good find.

The whole voting process in this country is a big joke. The elections are rigged or at least guided and nothing short of a violent revolution is going to stop it. It has been said a million times before here on ATS but it is completely true. Our country was bought and sold a long time ago. It is the same crap over and over again and the more they pretend to care the more stuff like this shows that the system is completely broke. If our votes were so precious they would be more difficult to secure.

And don't forget, unless the SCOTUS intervenes, very soon every citizen will be required to have proof of health insurance. But, no one has to prove their citizenship in order to vote.

It is a crazy, upside down world, in which we live.

all this confirms is that elections in "democratic" america is just a formality. you have no more choice in the matter than someone in china.

think about. if absolutely no one decides to vote, all a candidate has to do is vote for himself, he'll win.

so not voting is not an option. neither is voting, since you're just confirming the inevitable and have no say in the matter.

the key to this system are the party primaries, where candidates for office are chosen. since this is basically a party matter, voting is just for show.

basically you have no say who becomes president, all you have a say in is which party you prefer, if any.

You know i found this early this morning on the way to work and did not believe that there was actual video...

but holy crap there is! I hope this goes mainstream - and I also hope that people finally wake up to the blatant voter fraud all across the country.

Just a note, you can have two threads going at once... one in breaking news and one in a regular political thread like political madness or politicians and people.

This thread will most likely stay up since it has gotten more attention than the others.

You will see video of pigs flying go viral before this info does.

The voting system in America is a joke.

And what can we do about it....

People are waking up to the illusion.

But I have a feeling they will not be voting to make a change.

I really think this whole distraction of a " race war " is to get us fighting amongst ourselves so the media can sweep the REAL info coming down the pipe right under the rug.

DrMatt... I salute you... F and Ss for you and what a great find.
This is factual, primary source information and proof positive the AG's arguements against voter ID requirements is proof his his (and this administrations) 'incompetence', 'arrogance' and 'ignorance'.
As my wife, who was a poll worker in our home state for several years just commented to me while watching this clip, "this is terrifying ", "this cannot be allowed?".
This gentleman at the poll was obviously performing his duties routinely and as prescribed by election board and in compliance with current law.

I'm sure the President and AG are working "Fast and Furiously" and per the Presidents agenda, "under the radar" to blame this on someone else.

An ID is such a common place requirement for so many years now I do not understand the arguements against.

IF you are a 'legal citizen' of the US, a drivers license is so easy to secure it defies logic not to have one.

Even if you don't own a car or drive, a drivers license is the most recognizable and I would suggest the most accepted form of picture ID in all the states and is currently available to any citizen of the US.

Having said that, asking for two forms of picture ID is somewhat problematic as most people would not normally have two picture IDs, but a second form with a wet signature is not a problem for most.

I don't think this is a left of right issue or a political issue but a straight down the middle of America issue and a picture ID is not unconstitutional and it should be a requirement.

If you don't have a picture then you should not be allowed to vote.

Sorry, your vote isn't going to change anything in a presidential election, and matters very little in other elections. This all staged, and you're under the illusion that your vote gets counted. It's only to make you THINK that you're a part of the process of choosing a president. You have no impact on who becomes president, and neither does anyone else who votes. Talk about Sham-Wow!

Someone should send a link to this video to the NAACP and the UN Human Rights Committee.

I had to show my ID to vote in Ohio on super Tuesday. I don't really understand the argument against it.

This video really had nothing to do with Eric Holder though, I'm sure there's a million people with that name in the USA.

This is why Ron Paul will never Win. Unless you play the system from the other side but he got side swiped by some big money going to Santorum right when Cain was going down in flames. So unlucky.

Holder is currently suing a State for passing a voter ID law. That's why it's relevant. He's actively trying to negate all the States who have those laws.

It has not much to do with common sense, it's an attempt to do an end run around a recent SCOTUS decision that made such laws Constitutional and Legal. Again it's this Administration attempting to negate another branch of government. They don't like the Constitution and they are attempting to knock holes in it to give the Executive Branch more power and take power from the other co-equal Branches.

Obama actually said right in his last State of the Union that he was going to ask Congress to expand his powers. Scary dudes these guys. To get the system they want, they must get rid of the Constitution first. The President was never meant to have the power they have now. It eliminates the checks and balances that keep us from ending up with a de facto Dictator in the White House.

I feel bad for the gentleman operating the polling booth...they really should have censored his face.

Other than that, definitely S&F...this is the exact reason we need to have laws requiring a valid ID to vote.
