Is China's Army Getting Ready to Clean House?

In China's military paper, the People's Daily, chinese military reporters declared the army must be prepared to stamp out anything that could challenge the government. With the crazy coup rumors and signs of political struggle, it seems that the PLA is going to take a bigger role now and in the future...yikes...

In china the relationship between the military and the government is very different to most countries
Almost to the point that they seem like two very different organisations with only loose ties
The military are very vocal toward the gov and many more take notice
( like how the US gov claims Iran has/nearly has the bomb, while the mil say no they don't but on a much grander scale )
I'm not sure if the mil news paper is mil or gov published ?
But it's Strange for something like this to be stated to the military certainly
