"to understand what Jesus suffered"?---they don't. Our Lord was beaten and whipped to within an inch of His life several times before He was crusified and suffered multiple fractured bones. They don't re-enact all that. Their re-enactment is a joke.

As I stated in my above post, it's been stated that the Bible condemns any re-enactment trying to suffer like Jesus and they should know this if their true Christians.
