everybody dreams everynight, you just dont always remeber them. I often go awhile not remebering any dreams, then a week will go by that i remeber a dream from almost evey night. last night i had a very disturbing dream that i cut off my hair and strangled a guy. the night before that i dreamed that my friend had a clown car and i was dog fighting with russian su-35 fighter jets.

Dont we all dream every night, just some are more vivid than others thus making them stand out more?

HI, there

I love my dreams so much Im obsessive.

I remember atleast 2 dreams a night
each dream session will morph and change maybe 5 times
with different themes.

although I do go through patches where I carnt remember totaly,
I seem to remember thoes ones the night after as soon as I laydown in bed.

now then to your question elliott
"can sumone tell me why i always dream"

not an easy one but here is somthing that happend recently,

phil at work was telling me about a dream he had the night before
about me
(a f.u.c.k.i.n.g kool dream) I cant be botherd to wright it out
unless u want to hear it)

and wayne over heard us talking and said that he never dreams
(or remembers a dream) and the last dream he remembers is when he was 6 years old.......he is now in his 30's !!!

I really thought, f.u.c.k! what a square ball!!!!

now I did a little research on the web about not remembering dreams
and discoverd that people who are stressed are more likely to not remember there dreams.

and I thought wayne is the most stressed person I know and
when he dosn't agree with somthing at work he f.u.c.k.i.n.g flips
and he goes a funny colour a blotchey red /purple /orange
its really funny to watch.

and I must be the calmest chilled out person at work
and I have pure dreams

I do get a little stressed though

now then I was having a phase of maybe 1 dream a night and vaiugly rembering a second

and hadent had any time off work for 6 monthes

I decided to take 2 weeks off to chillout
I did nothing really just chilled out on my pc
with a nice glass of absinthe
played on my electric guitar listent to music and went sea fishing for 2 days on my boat

all in all a really stress free 2 weeks
and I s.h.i.t you not
I rememberd at least 5 dreams a night for that 2 weeks
and they were all vivid and awsome.

so I get the feeling that you elliott get a lot of time to your self
and like to chillout.

as I have come to the conclusion that being to tense or stressed
puts your mind in overdrive when you sleep constantly thinking of things that get u mad. leaving no time to let you mind (astral body---another of my intrests) to wonder and dream.

can any one else relait to the connection between being stressed and blocking your dreams and

being more chilled out and at peace. remembering tones of dreams?

I am almost to the dream obssesive stage! Right now I am working really hard to get my dream recall up. But yes you dream every night no matter if you remeber them or not.

kool huria86,

do you keep a DREAM JORNAL?

I try but when I wake up I cant always be botherd to do it.

I recently read in one of my books that another tequneque to have better recall is to train your self to as soon as you awake DONT MOVE as any body movement can dimm your recall

and then try and say to your self "what was I just thinking?"
and then go over your dream from start to finnigh like playing a movie back in your head

I do this and then when Im out of bet wright it down

all that wright it down as soon as you awake Is too much hard work for me lol

I dream every night and after alot of work I am starting to master the skill of lucid dreaming. Often when you become self aware you'll instantly wake up. I have got past this stage now but once becoming self aware everything appears in black and white, it's very strange. I wont reveal what I get up to though.
