Wow, this is an interesting topic and I think I should contribute to the community. I have taken a look on the 10 commandments image, I can understand
some of the "words". As you know mandarin is a complicated language which each character can form its own meaning or entirely a different meaning if
match with another characters, or in a different context.
Based on the image taken from the site, I have mapped some of the characters based on my 8 years mandarin knowledge in school, i'm a Malaysian chinese
by the way. I did not further my mandarin courses which covers the topic on traditional mandarin. However, I believe if I can recognise these
characters, experts out there would be able to depict the meaning of the sentences. To be honest, I don't even know which direction to read
from...Right-Left, or top-down...The poor image quality also cause the words difficult to be recognise.
Anyway, I hope more chinese-literated guys can point out more characters in the "puzzle". Please bear in my mind that the word I mapped is not 100%
accurate. A slight dot or stroke on the character will change the meaning entirely, or if the size is different. Take a look at the word on the bottom
left - the double square 日. The meaning can be "Sun" , just like the name of Japan in kanji, OR it can be "Say". Because the size is different 日
and 曰, the meaning is totally unrelated.
