Actually that recording is not very clear.
I hear "#ing punks" not "coons".
PUNKS.

He clearly says, "#ing Coons" sir. There is no stretch to hear it.
If he isn't saying that, then what do you insist he is saying?

When I first heard about the audio I went into expecting to hear the word "coons". But I didn't, I heard "punks".
I worked in radio for over 7 years and there is this expression called "popping p's". That's what I hear, the pop of a P. No doubt in my mind he said punks.

But its okay because its clear to you.
With his hispanic background it could've been in spanish for all I know.
Believe the hype.

And no mention of Zimmerman muttering "#ing coon" either?
Why isn't this headlines? It completely shows Zimmerman's racial bigotry.

[color=F0FFEB]Does it really matter what he said? What is the point in debating it?
The end result is the same, regardless of whether or not he said coon, punk, dog, cat, chicken, monkey, elephant, tree, building, pterodactyl, or popcorn. He walked away, and will speak again another day. Trayvon was not given that chance.
The decisions he made, and the actions that those decisions led to, are important, not his words.
