Nova Men

Has anyone heard about C.W. Leadbeater's prophecy of the 6th root race of mankind emerging sometime in the 28th century and establishing a colony in Baja California? They will apparently be called "Nova Men" and be guided by the "Masters of Ancient Wisdom". They will also engage in selective breeding. Oh, and by that time there will be a one-world government led by the reincarnation of Julius Caesar. Yes, you heard me correctly. Now how the hell did he come up with that??... And why Julius Caesar and not, let's say... King Tut, or Napoleon Bonaparte?...

There's one problem with prophecies which give a timeline... 28th century according to which calendar? leap years or not? starting when?

Technically, the 28th century passed over 75 000 years ago...
