I love how people take sides and base their decisions from the propaganda spewed by the MSM.
Listen, In the past this kid had problems with the law, with drugs, with gangs or at least wanna be bangers. However the media shows him to be this poor innocent black child, and the black community uses the media and this kids death to show dat dey be being killed off. Well, its sad to say but black on black crime takes more black lives than white on black crime. Considering that the population of whites comprise approx. 75% of the USA population and blacks comprise approx. 15% of the USA population, I would deduce that more blacks dislike blacks than whites dislike blacks.
Any death is a loss and in most cases a tradgedy. However lets let the facts role in first before calling this a racist killing.
If Zimmerman is found to be not guilty I will predict the black culture in most major cities will burn loot and murder and call their actions justified.
How unfortunate.

why do you assume the hacker had to make up things? seems on par with how treyvon has been acting.
Logic disconnect. How was Trayvon acting? According to Facebook, Twitter accounts that were hacked.....by a racist....
more a lack of research/ignorance on your part.
To make matters more complex, we found out that in the past several months, Martin was suspended from school three times, once for the possession of drug paraphernalia.
www.cnn.com...
then we see trayvon's violent streak as he swings on a bus driver.
www.craigboyce.com...
The mother of slain teenager Trayvon Martin is seeking trademarks for two phrases that have become associated with the movement surrounding her son's death.
www.huffingtonpost.com...
really? she filed for trademarks over two phrases in an attempt to make money off of her son's death. why else would you file trademarks? they limit how much something can be used.
nothing the hacker brought to light seems out of character at all.

three or four tweets, combined with the various photos of trayvon lead me to believe what the hacker posted is typical of treyvon, rather than a slanderous conspiracy. i think you should do more research on it because it sounds like this is new to you.

I never expected to see that garbage regurgitated here on ATS.
I am not overly surprised. there are some in here that are brewing with good ole 1950s style hate towards anything not paper white.

Because being charged and being CONVICTED are 2 seperate things and simply being charged with a crime means that you are suspected and that is why we have trials and due process in our legal system. Also unless he was convicted AND it was felony RA or RAWV he could still own a gun as only convicted felons are barred from owning guns with the exception of misdemeanor domestic violence. Even considering the DV injunction, in FL injunctions are permanent and the USSC has ruled that a permanent injunction is cruel and unusual punishment and are unconstitutional under the 8th amendment since it is in effect a legal disposition which has no end of sentence.
However with all that aside the second amendment says "shall not be infringed".
in·fringe /inˈfrinj/Verb: 1. Actively break the terms of (a law, agreement, etc.): "infringe a copyright". 2. Act so as to limit or undermine (something); encroach on: "infringe on his privacy".
As you said, "set your feelings aside and look at it from a legal standpoint."
ETA: I am in no way standing up for Zimmerman or saying his actions are justified because I truly believe he was in the wrong. However there has already been way too much emphasis given to the racial aspect of this and we definately do not want to turn this into a gun control issue. We're already going to see enough of that in the months to come.edit on 1-4-2012 by Nucleardiver because: (no reason given)
