A man dressed as Batman gets pulled over by a cop, but the cop doesn't give him a ticket!

In a world such as ours, it's heart warming to see that people still go out of there way to help others who are less fortunate than themselves. I hope one day to meet this man and thank him for all that he is doing.

I'm happy that the police officer didn't give him a ticket.

The cops these days could really benefit from Batman's help. That is what that policeman was probably thinking.
