ATS Chat Voyeur Issue (Google Chrome)

Okay, I did some looking with the search function, but I couldn't find anything on this particular problem, so I'm forced to ask you computer savvy
people for some help.
I just got to 200 posts (I think that is the minimum) and decided to try to use the ATS chat voyeur, but for some reason it says that the connection was rejected by the server. I will upload a screenshot so you can see exactly what I see (blacked out the IP). I downloaded the newest version of Java in hopes that would help but it didn't.
Please know that I am pretty much computer illiterate, so to help me you will have to spell things out in plain English, probably in excruciating detail. Please no computer savvy lingo, and be prepared for me to go 'Huh?" a few times.
Somethings worth mentioning is that we just had the internet hooked up in our new house yesterday, and the company we have gave us a wireless modem, so we didn't bother to hook up the router we normally use. Google Chrome has worked perfectly fine except for this one thing. If there is anymore information I can provide that you need to help, just ask.

The Chat Voyeur function was discontinued some time ago. It doesn't work for anyone.
