ObamaCare bill line by line page by page and deciding what is good and

not good.

I'd love to comment on the context of the issue, but your link is dead and the source itself is Breitbart.

Do you have a source that is actually trustworthy?

ETA: I found the source and watched the video. It seems to me that Scalia was trying to poke fun at the government attorneys and point out the insanity that is Obamacare.

I do not like Obamacare and hope it is overturned, but let's also remember that Scalia is in the pockets of the Neocons. His judgement cannot be trusted, regardless of how he stands on this single issue.

Apparently so does Congress... Nancy Pelosi and her infamous we have to pass the bill before you can find out whats in the bill comment. I really don't think stones should be thrown at the Justice when Congress failed to do their job in the first place.

Had Congress done their job and read the bill before passing it chances are it may never have ended up in front of the Supreme Court.

You know this news I hate to say it brought a new sun out this morning? Did you feel that??? 6 hours of hearing for this law... Hasn't happened in over 50 years!!!! This has got to be one of the biggest upsets of all time... I'm glad we were on the winning side of this...

Now we have a fighting chance in November!

Yes, it looks as though Obamacare will be defeated.....but there are more important things that are actually occurring here.

The SCOTUS's opinions have opened the door for a constitutionally-viable single payer, government-backed system. This is an important step into taking away the power of medical care out of the hands of insurance companies.

We can jump for joy now, but just wait and see what Congress tries to put in place next. You may beg for Obamacare back!

This official defeat of ObamaCare on June 29, 2012 & the very high price of gas

will spell the end of Obama and his radical modus operandi.

Obama may actually resign around July 20, 2012 and make room for Hillary

to run for the DNC.

This was a handout to the private sector! That's the problem. The government required individuals to buy a product in the marketplace from corporate insurance companies.

Don't celebrate too soon. It's possible that Obamcare could remain intact. We will have to wait and see.

I am not trying to rain on your parade, but I think we need to be very cautious about what comes down the pipe next.

Jeffery Toobin spoke the simple truth. ObamaCare is a train wreck.

We have already moved on to getting rid of Dodd/ Frank Finreg.

When we simply undo everything Obama has done the unemployment rate

will mysteriously fall to less than 5%.

closing 50 stores.

I never understood why people would wish for bad economic news just because a Democrat is in office. It's not like the Republicans can do better!
