I think it isn't a good idea. Snoopy had a powerful shaking rocket engine at the bottom and four thrusters used to gain stability.

The LM was tested multiple times in low earth orbit before it was first sent to the moon, then it was tested in lunar orbit before a landing was even attempted.

Conspiracy theories are a powerful source of pride and a wellspring of intellectual vanity. The theorist comes to see himself as thinking on a higher plane than the ignorant masses around him. He walks the fringes of society, watching his surroundings with suspicion. No one realizes what’s going on, he thinks.

If speaking his mind on conspiracies causes others to recoil, he simply dismisses them as “dumb sheep” who cannot see what he sees. Every episode like this further reaffirms how special this inside information makes him.

Many of these individuals enjoy the thrill of perceived danger that comes along with having supposedly top-secret knowledge, feeling as though they have a lead role in a secret-agent film—except they are not in a movie!

And to the doomsayers we are all 007s licence to shill.

P.S We went to the moon, 'well the americans did"!.

Not at all. Most of the time conspiracy theorists see the obvious simply from context. Those of us that do conspiracy work, however casual or academic that work may be, our grounding MO is commonsensical not egotistical.

Kennedy's assination is more like Caesar's than Lincoln's. And Lincoln's assination itself is more like Caesar's than, well, Lincoln's assasination itself. Powerful men have powerful men killed. This is our world. This is how conspiracy theorists operate. Sure the details of the Kennedy tragedy must be studied, and details of an alternative acounting must be given, but the genesis of such an accounting is not an academic, pedantic, self absorbed, egotistical one.

It's worth mentioning as an aside that lots of people doing conspiracy work are very patriotic.

You seem to claim that those of us open minded enough to recognize the obvious are as a group egotistical. Sure there are swollen head types in our ranks, but by and large, we are not that way.

Of course the OP Blocula here is correct in a broad general sense. The United State's Space Program is con job based. And though I have never met Blocula, I would be willing to bet he(she) is a down to earth, intelligent, clear thinking, non self centered person. Not an egotistical type at all, simply someone calling it as he sees it. And though he is perhaps not correct when it comes to all of the details, and who could be given the way we are lied to, over all, Blocula is on target here and far from bragging about it, or seeing himself as some high and mighty guy dwelling in a supra-sheeple realm.

All you have done is claimed the symptoms of rubella in males is pre-eclampsyia.

I don't know what is worse, bloculars flat earth claims or your many years as a doctor giving
Advice about rubella. We went to the moon patric buy it or prescribe yourself some reality

I have yet to engage you in debate my good sir. I don't believe I have mentioned anything about rubella for whatever reason you wish to bring this up. You suggested CT types were egotistical and I wrote that quite the contrary was true. I suspect Blocula is down to earth and far fropm crazy, certainly not egotistical. I am having trouble understanding you. What do you wish to say? I am lost here as far as engaing you. If I can figure out what you may have in mind i will be sure to respond, otherwise i shall move on. Best of luck to you there good sir.

doors of ATS .

You claim to be a doctor and a sceintist So tell me why do you think Man has never
been to the moon again, Without your Big headlines this time and also what is your strongest
evidence To put forward ? That means just one major flaw you see.

I suspect Blocula is down to earth and far fropm crazy, certainly not egotistical.

It seems fattydash and Patrick might be one in the same. ATS mods: if you need my help with suggesting who is running multiple aliases and purposefully diverting threads and diluting them by talking to themselves, let me know. Here is a quote from a different forum from MAY 2012 about FATTYDASH and PATRICK1000:

Ah, yes, TotallyStokedDude: The Brick Wall That Walks Like a Man.
Trying to argue with him is like trying to argue with a stone.
Actually the stone is better as at least a stone is a good listener.
He has some very . . .unique ideas.
He claims to be a medical doctor, but I wouldn't trust him to diagnose a circumorbital hematoma.
Patrick1000 from JREF
Or fattydash from apollohoax
Or DoctorT and many socks from here.
Same dude, many socks.

Not at all to divert the topic to personal attacks on users, but how can we seriously keep going through this and allowing these people with multi-aliases to run and control ATS. over and over. I'm a reader of ATS first and foremost, and in doing so for years I have become a master at spotting these sockpuppeteers and it makes me SICK when reading any posts by them or when you poor folk are tricked into actually engaging them in conversation. not to mention this particular person talks to themselves constantly, in public.. ok i'll shut up.

Just the sort of thing that annoys me to no end.

Let's continue, shall we sinza? I don't believe you have encountered the likes of me yet. Prepare to see NASA torched to the ground.

Would you care to comment on something substantive here, the APOLLO 11 EAGLE LANDING SITE CROSS RANGE issue if you please? It is 17/SEVENTEEN. Take a look at any set of launch coordinates, landing site coordinates, from the mission report, or any other forged reference you care to choose. A cross range of 17/SEVENTEEN does not figure into any of NASA's ridiculous claims. Apollo was a ruse plain and simple. Sorry about that.

FYI, trying to imply I am Patrick here won't help you sinza, and I would kindly ask you to desist. As I mentioned, it has become more than annoying. Truth be told, it has coaxed me out of semi-retirement, poverini astronauti.

Patrick has never covered this topic, and as all those familiar with my postings and talents can attest, I operate on a much higher plane than "the good doctor". Not to disparage the young fella's skillful exhibition here. I operate on a much higher plane than all other Apollo researchers as well, with all due respect.

Again sinza, the figure is 17/SEVENTEEN. Give the ruse jockey, blockhead, all American traitor and arch criminal Neil ding a ling Armstrong a call if you don't understand my challenge about the 17 cross range matter sinza. The two bit dig bat can fill you in on what this means and how it is I have so spanked him and the other NASA snake oil selling operatives, spanked them right good, one year ago when I first brought this all up. I suspect I shall not need to introduce another topic here.

Bye Bye Apollo, you joke of a tax payer sink hole. KABOOM!!!!

I for one appreciate everything Spencer has done to change the Apollo hoax landscape. Others have of course been more visible given their roles as scribes, but we all know who started this particularly devastating vein of analysis way back.

For the uninitiated, below are links to Spencer's seminal posts. And if you read along further you shall come to the dramatic climax of it all, the Apollo 11 landing site cross range topic which scared the NASA people so profoundly that Spencer was banned without cause.

apollohoax.proboards.com...

apollohoax.proboards.com...

apollohoax.proboards.com...

Hope you don't mind my providing the links Spencer. The cross range problem is more than intractable for the bums.

You are over generalizing.

Conspiracy Theorists are a direct result of the United States Government foreign policy and secrecy. When they admit to lying about one thing, than people start to question everything they do.

It's common sense, to me. We need conspiracy in this day and age.

It seems chirro, patric1000, fattydash, and sinza are all the same physical person. They may not be the same psychological person.
I have an extensive list of 50+ aliases decisively has used on ATS. You can tell they are him through some simple observations that he seems to not understand. After reading these last few posts by him through these sock puppets, I am also very concerned about his mental health.

However, no matter how many aliases he makes up, and no matter how much he tries, he will never be able to convince anyone to believe the Moon landings were hoaxed. His arguments just do not add up.

oops, new post by cynthiapoint. Add another name to the list.

Oh please; Spencer, Patrick and the rest of the boys, not to mention one girl, rip the ain'tstronauts a new one and you are going to call Efrem Zimbalist Jr. in on the case? Didn't you know the pen was mightier than the proverbial sword. Its the ain'tstronauts that are the military men. What is Efrem going to do, impound Spencer's pen? Accuse Patrick of outwriting every half wit, numb skull, twit brained NASA engineer within hailing distance? You'd be much better off trying to come up with some hokey defense for the Apollo 11 landing site cross range figure of 17. Now that would be time well spent. Not that you'd come up with anything substantive, but you'd at least educate yourself. So how about it? Crossrange was claimed to be 17. Armstrong said it himself. The twit.

The similarities between the "big bang" theory and the 16th century Kabbalahist writings clearly demonstrate that another 'religion' is behind all astronomical "science".

Einstein was a Kabbalist and named the "man of the century".

The NASA program is rife with this esoteric symbolism. Apollo is their declared "god", yet Revelation tells us that he the King over the Abyss.

Everything is a lie and deception. It's why it is prophecied to fool the world in the last days, all because people would rather believe the lie instead of the Truth. The most common argument used against believers in God is that they stymied "science" by insisting on Biblical truth that our creation sits at the centre of the universe. " G. K. Chesterton once observed, "If man will not believe in God, the danger is not that he will believe in nothing, but that he will believe in anything."

I met Spencer, Patrick, Claudia, Torry, Tiny and Jason, the "SF Apollo docs crew" at a small hoax forum a year ago. I had studied their "lost bird" theme and had posted a little about it on my own;

Why do you persist?
