I don't know how you extrapolated a random Chinese news source to confirm the entire Apollo mythology. That's just magical thinking on your part. What other magical things do you believe?

If there are Apollo landing sites, then it means man has landed on the moon. Pretty simple, really. I'm not sure what other "confirmation" you would like if hearing it from a chief scientist in China's space program doesn't tickle your pickle. Please, fill me in?

My two best friends in China, one a physicist, the other exports children's clothing(Europe), simply don't buy into Apollo BULL as a matter of course, as that BULL was and is typically pitched.. One of my Chinese friends being nothing less than a high level academic. From their perspective, it simple was not/is not plausible. Their view is not uncommon among middle aged Chinese professional men. Both live in Shanghai.
