One of my favorite sites to explore is Belief Net. There is a quiz that can be taken and it gives you your three top matches to what your faith is. It's fun, if you feel like taking a quiz and seeing what comes up.

Belief O Matic

Here are my top three matches after taking the quiz.

Neo-Pagan - 100%
Unitarian Universalism - 98%
Mahayana Buddhism - 92%

What are your results?

i came up:
mahayana buddhist 100%
neo pagan 99%
hindu 88%

I got this which is weird because I believe Mormons & JW's to be both non-christian cults.

1. Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (Mormons) (100%)
2. Mainline to Conservative Christian/Protestant (97%)
3. Jehovah's Witness (90%)

Edit: Thing it was because I got incarnation wrong.

P.S:

I just wanted to add regarding that website: It doesn't matter what we believe, it matters if what we believe is true.

I came up with:

Neo-Pagan (98%)
Unitarian Universalism (95%)

I agree pretty much with the results.

Neo pagan (100%)
Unitarian universalism (97%)
New age (95%)

I agree. It absolutely matters what we believe not what something says we are. I've taken the test a few times over the years and I always end up with the same three. I feel like I've changed and grown over the years in my spirituality, but the test shows that I'm very much the same as to my core beliefs. Unitarian Universalism is the particular result I always get that I don't identify with. But neo-pagan fits me to a tee.

I know its an old quiz presented here before. I searched it. I figured there are enough new people to warrant a new thread. It's just my favorite one because it seems to be very accurate when I take it.

Here's mine, this is a pretty cool thing and a neat website. We need more threads like this. S&F!

Your Top 3 Faith Match Profiles Are:
1. Mainline to Liberal Christian Protestants (100%)
2. Orthodox Quaker (95%)
3. Mainline to Conservative Christian/Protestant (88%)

I would say a Liberal Christian Protestant is a very good description of my faith :p And the Quakers were amazing people so thats pretty cool too

and one last thing, if you check your email they will give you a big huge list of your beliefs breakdown. But I think just these first three are the most important.

I'd like to see the sourcecode for these quizzes to see how they decide your beliefs...

Hahah...I don't know about accurate, but at least it is consistent. It continuously tells me I am a follower of Reform Judaism, which isn't really true, except in the loosest definition of "Reformed"
.

It doesn't matter how much we think we're growing "spiritually" if we are still living in sin then we will face judgement. We must be dead in sin and alive in Christ to escape the judgement of God. Their is only one true faith and that's Christianity, which is proven by the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. He said “I am the way and the truth and the life and no one comes to the father but by me” (John 14:6) Jesus the only way of salvation. Anyone who willingly rejects the message of salvation through Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior cannot enter Heaven....the Kingdom of God and righteousness....they will be condemned to eternal life in hell. That is what the Scriptures teach. God wants all His children to share in eternal peace and joy, yet some will not seek Him out but turn to their own false beliefs, such as paganism and universalism.

The only ones complaining about this thread are those members who have been here for awhile. I haven't. There are always new members coming into this site, or so I've been told. I'm rather new myself. So I really didn't think anyone would mind as I didn't see the Quiz posted for quite awhile. I'm sure that if it is a problem, the moderators will step in and do what that must.

I am not Christian. I believe the bible is the word of man, some of which is very evil, some of which is inspirational. I do believe that the Christ Consciousness is a beautiful concept and I study his message, and study all religions and beliefs, as Christ did himself. I don't wish to be evangelized to or have anyone try to convert me. Thank you for your concern, I'm quite aware of your religion, it's kind of hard not to in this day and age. Blessed be in light and love.

Christ Consciousness is one of the worst damnable lies in existence, he is a real person, fully man and fully God. I'm not trying to convert you, I am only telling you the truth. With some research you can easily find that the bible is not just the word of man. Their is tons of evidence of the life, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Christianity is more of a relationship than a religion. If you are aware of the basic tenants of Christianity then maybe you should get yourself a bible and at-least consider the claims that Jesus made himself. It would be a real shame to reject the message of salvation through Jesus Christ without at-least studying the bible first. I think most rational people don't want to die. But those not covered by the blood of Jesus will die 2 deaths. One physical and one spiritual. Were as those alive in Christ shall only die once of there flesh, and then they will be given new body's in heaven. Many people who claim to be Christians are just posers. Those are the people who give Christianity a bad name. Please don't judge a whole group of people by the acts of a few. Christ's message was not consciousness. It was salvation from sin by the grace of God, which can only be obtained through him.

I do appreciate your posting it because I am relatively new and hadn't seen this before. I did take it through an email link before but I did change spiritually since then, so I got some new and some old results. I think it was relatively accurate for me. Some things I may not agree with on the third one, but some things were spot on.

Hi RevelationGeneration. You might want to go to my other thread where I am having a very involved debate about the issues you raise in your post. I appreciate you telling me your thoughts and ideas, but I have a different purpose in this world. I am not meant to follow any particular faith or religion. We are all created by God, and all of our purposes for being in this world are not the same.
