Actually there are around 18 quakes EVER year in the 7 to 7.9 range.

Wow I wasn't aware quake's were on schedule. That's like saying Jordan has 10 points in first quarter he will have 40 at the end...

Did I say that? I said "At that rate we would have 16 by the end of the year. " NOT "We will have 16 by the end of the year. "

I think I am probably aware of earthquake frequencies. I do tend to study them just a little. By the way we probably will have 16 this year, and maybe 18 but not 20. See how wrong I am by the end of the year.
