One thing that could be an issue - accelerated cell activity COULD speed up aging.

Isn't aging partly due to cells not being able to replicate themselves as fast or accurate as they used to? With regards to the cellular aspect of aging, if anything, I'd think this treatment might could actually help to keep you from aging as fast as you might otherwise since it is accelerates the healing process. Though there is more to aging than just cellular activity.

Hi,

WOW! THANK YOU!

S+F OP FOR A VERY VERY WORTHY ATS THREAD

Here's info relating to the specific project...

LED-Based Lighting Treatment for Wound Healing

INNOVATION

Light-emitting diodes (LEDs), developed for NASA Space Shuttle plant growth experiments, are being used in the treatment of wounds.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS

The Phase I effort achieved its objective of ascertaining and demonstrating the efficacy of light therapy using LEDs, alone and in conjunction with hyperbaric oxygen, in the treatment of wounds.

Phase II results in speeding the early phase of wound closure were particularly successful.
Doctors at the Medical College of Wisconsin have examined how LEDs can help heal oral mucositis (severe oral sores caused by chemotherapy and radiation), diabetic skin ulcers, and serious burns. (Preventing oral mucositis improves the patients' ability to eat and drink and may also reduce the risk of infections in patients with compromised immune systems.)

COMMERCIALIZATION

NASA LED arrays have already flown on Space Shuttle missions for studies of plant growth.
Improved wound healing may have multiple applications, including civilian medical care, military situations, and long-term space flight.
Phase II objectives have included the development of a tri-photon light source and human clinical trials at the Medical College of Wisconsin.
The FDA pre-approved the procedure.
Verification of operation in ISS environment to be determined.

GOVERNMENT/SCIENCE APPLICATIONS

Wounds are slow to heal in a microgravity environment. Muscle and bone atrophy are well documented in astronauts, and various minor injuries have been reported not to heal until landing on Earth.

LED therapy could keep what would be termed as minor wounds on Earth from becoming mission-catastrophic in space.

While under contract to NASA, QDI's LEDs have been utilized as part of a cancer treatment.

In Special Operations, LED arrays could be used for improved wound healing and in the treatment of problem wounds, as well as speeding deconditioned personnel to full-duty performance.

LED usage has been approved by the Naval Special Warfare Command.

NASA Light Technology Successfully Reduces Cancer Patients Painful Side Effects from Radiation and Chemotherapy

Ron Ignatius, founder and chairman of Quantum Devices Inc., of Barneveld Wis., developed the WARP 75 light delivery system for use in the trial. The device uses the HEALS technology to provide intense light energy: the equivalent light energy of 12 suns from each of the 288 LED chips -- each the size of a grain of salt.

It is one of many devices using HEALS technology, developed in collaboration with NASA. In the early 1990s, Quantum teamed with the Wisconsin Center for Space Automation and Robotics – a NASA-sponsored research center at the University of Wisconsin-Madison – to develop Astroculture 3, a plant growth chamber using near infrared HEALS technology for plant growth experiments on shuttle missions.

Over the years, Quantum has worked to develop HEALS technology for use in medical fields, specifically with pediatric brain tumors and hard-to-heal wounds such as diabetic skin ulcers, serious burns and oral mucositis. "With the help of NASA's Innovative Partnerships Program, Quantum Devices and its medical partners have been able to take a space technology and adapt it for an entirely different application to significantly help people here on Earth," said Glenn Ignatius, president of Quantum Devices. "This collaboration between NASA and commercial companies has spurred innovation that is touching millions of lives on Earth -- for the better."

This could be one of those projects that are now classified for reasons of "national security".

Which you can translate into "we need to shield this from general view because if this were implemented in medicine on a large scale pharma would generate much less income which hurts that sector, free-market economy and the control of the general population".

That, AND they wouldn't want the enemies of the global corporation to be able to heal quicker.

Strikes me as very similar to JP Morgans destruction of Tesla. Haters hate and killers kill. Tesla would still be alive if he were allowed to succeed. Instead he died of a broken heart. Man just wasn't ready for him.

Tesla was a profit, just like John Lennon.

A human body operated on 7 main colors, 7 main chakras. Shine a certain color of light on a certain part of the body and the person will feel lighter or better. Plants are the same way but they only take in one color, green.

Find out the chakra colors, shine them on yourself and you'll feel the results.

thanks bedlam for the info

interesting about the regeneration of Nerve cells that wasn't expected

only works when its a fresh cut Wound ? I wonder

I wonder what would happen to a Person with Spinal Damage Brain Damage, or Body severed Detachment's etc.. that just happened just moments After .. Then Using LED-light accelerated healing

as the Doctor that said 10 years no Stitches Reminds me of ..... see the video below

Trekkie Medical System :-P

Actually, the opposite is true about plants regarding the color (wavelength) which we call "green". Plants reflect the color green, thus making them look "green" to us. It's the non-green wavelengths which the chlorophyl containing parts of plants absorb or, in your words, "take in", not the green wavelengths.

But plants reflect green light and absorb other colors thats why they appear green?

I have a problem with cysts on my knees and wrists. I have been using a simple laser level from walmart to speed the healing of these. The one on my left wrist healed up and disappeared after one week of use- 3-4 times a day of 3-4 min time rubbing it across the area. I had had this weak spot in the synovial membrane for years... it has never come back. My right knee has the same problem but it does tend to reoccur every year or two, I just use the laser 3-4 min 3-4 times a day for about a week and it heals. I normally rub it through my pants leg while I am driving. I have never had any ill effects from it and recommend it to all my friends and family. most of them wouldn't dream of trying it but the ones that do tell me it works to heals various conditions including spider bites. Try it..... the laser cost me 16.99.

If I had the bucks to buy all the illuminators, I'd make a "tanning bed" out of 'em. But with my luck I'd end up looking like Dark Man or something.

In essence, but there's only three or four very specific wavelengths that work, and if you toss in everything, you don't get the effect you're looking for. The LEDs to do that are tough to come by - one of them is fairly common but the others are special manufacture. Thus there are about three companies that make the correct illuminator, and it used to be heinously expensive. I suspect it still is.

This is the high-tech now:violet chip technology

LEDs created with MCC Violet Chip technology emit a spectrum which more closely resembles sunshine. So, the quality of light is very high and exhibits true color. The Color Rendering Index (CRI) is over 90, and the R9 (red) component over 85, so red colors look realistic and vibrant.

Sun is my favourite anyway.

I wrote way back when here on ATS that the Beings I go to use brilliant white light to heal if you noticed the Sun in the past few years you should see that there has been a differnence in the brilliance.

It's about time this is coming forward..... I guess better late then never

On the other side of this are the studies that show that certain wavelengths tended to cause disease. Certain wavelengths were found to speed up or cause disease in rats. I don't remember the specifics of which ones, but if you google "light wavelengths disease study", I'm sure you could find it. This I found out in a book I read on the dangers of television. We "ingest" hours upon hours of light, and most of it is from devices like TVs and computer monitors and light bulbs. Certain wavelengths cause different reactions in our body.

Sunlight is a very broad and "even" spectrum. Artificial light is narrow and limited to certain frequencies. It's sort of like eating a very unbalanced diet. Not only this, but with TV and computer monitors, we are staring directly at the light for prolonged periods. It could be that we need sunlight to remain healthy, and most of us aren't getting enough, in part due to the hysteria that has come around about sunlight. Since we aren't getting enough, we seek it out from these devices, which are poor substitutes. It's like trying to nourish yourself by eating candy all day long -- it not only fails, but it makes you sick.

Not many studies that we know of have investigated which wavelengths produce positive or healing effects, but I would say that if I had the money, I would research this.

If anyone is interested in the book, I can give the name out through a private message. (Not trying to promote a book here.)

If you want to be on the safe side, get some moderate sunshine and limit the time you spend in front of any device. (Much easier said than done for many of us.) Alternatively, you can lay a sheet of window tint over a computer monitor to filter the light to make it easier on your eyes. Same could be done with a TV if you could find a sheet large enough to fit your TV. I have sensitive eyes, have done this for my computer monitor, and have eliminated my eye strain. Another idea is to wear sunglasses. Sounds silly, but it's your health...take it seriously.

There are times when I think Phage really is a red lectroid!

Seems to me that boosts of Vitamin D or strong sunlight have about the same effect. But it is a cool concept a healing light... Of course that gives into my new age side.

Hi,

WOW! GENIUS! Star for YOU. Thank you so very much for this!

Am definitely getting one and will pass the message on.

Any chance please of letting us know the specific make and model of your laser?

Thanks in anticipation.

So appreciate your taking time to post your very exciting info/story of your personally taking the responsibility of hi-tech healing yourself rather than depending on the oft times expensive, outdated, ineffective medical establishment.

Don't get me wrong, the medical establishment is LIFE SAVING.

Well done!
