Not if the evidence leans toward self defense, as it does now. Self defense is justifiable in the US, as it should be.

First of all, the evidence doesn't lean toward any direction. There are too many questions to make such a declaration. With that being said, you obviously don't know the parameters of the stand your ground law, so I'll allow you the time to learn them before discussing the issue further with you.

Zimmerman claims the dude attacked him, witness whose front yard it happened in collaborated that. Self defense in my book, judging by the evidence that has come to the public domain.

I have to disagree. eye witeness testimony
of treyvon in top of zimmerman with zimmerman
screaming for help and treyvon hitting him
for sure leads towards self defense whether people
understand that or not. Zimmerman has bruising on him
that goes with it and had no time to injure himself
911 calls all see a guy in white on type of a guy in red..

The entire story has WAY too many twists and turns to solely base it on one aspect of the entire story.

One aspect? key eye witnesses not one but three,
911 calls from different people and zimmerman himself,
witnesses who heard it all, witnesses who saw it all,
abc lying about the leak video, nbc lying and editing the 911 tapes,
cnn putting on hour specials only in treyvons favor, fox interviews with numerous family members
pushing all the lies. Pictures portraying treyvon when he was 11 and 12 when he was almost
18 when this happen, lying about that.
The marks and bruises on zimmerman, the marks or bruises absent on treyvon,
jesse jackson, al sharpton telling black people there kids are not safe
to walk the streets because of whites, starting hoodie marches,
threatening to riot, the race baiting from them,
the un just came out and said it needed an investigation when there is one
going on, excuse me, I know this case inside and out and no one can deny
that. Have been searching for the truth since day one.
Numerous local radio shows when it first hit reported white man
hunted down black man, one aspect? Excuse me there
is way more then one aspect read the thread.. and not one or two pages.

Martin did not turn down a street.
There was no street sign to check.
Martin was killed in a back yard far from Zimmerman's vehicle.
How is it possible that Martin jumped Zimmerman outside his SUV near a street sign and wound up dead 100s of yards from any street signs, behind rows of buildings, far from any of the streets?

Can you explain any of that?

Hey, Einstein. A key part of his defense is that he did NOT follow or pursue Martin. So you going on and on about how tough it was for him to do that and why it was important the he do do that is just too damn funny.

Obviously, someone becomes the agressor
when they are on top of you beating you with in inches
of your life. We know treyvon was on top of zimmerman doing
just that, at what point can a man defend himself? Sir, at that point
when someone is on top of you beating you within inches of your life
not knowing if they have a gun or not, and with you screaming for help...

Im still surprised that after the Zimmerman enhanced video was shown on the news showing Zimmerman injuries ALL THE MEDIA stopped covering Trayvon's case, specially on Orlando local news, Nancy Grace and HLN .

Once the proof showing that Zimmerman was telling the truth, all the MEDIA is hiding now.

I think Trayvon supporters have something stuck up their behind and cant process the truth.

I wont be interested on hearing her version either since she clearly said it LOOKED like “the larger man,” meaning Zimmerman, was on top of Martin. This could be truth, he could be on top of him after the shot, when he was trying to push Trayvon to the side and he probably got on top of him at that point who knows, but since the police had other EYE witnesses not partial eye witnesess like her, they didnt care much to hear her.

I think I'll believe the kid walking the dog that said - it was raining - there was no moon - it was dark.

Too dark to really see anything clearly.

Maybe you should start looking at the facts of this case. One simple mistake you made shows that you haven't followed this case at all.....Treyvon was not killed in anyone FRONT yard.....no one has ever come out and said Front yard....it happened in the BACK yard that connects 2 builings and has a sidewalk down the middle.

See little mistakes like that show you have based your opinion on emotion for Zimmerman and not any sort of evidence present so far.....

What about this eye witness that says she saw the 'larger' man get directly off from the back of the boy laying on the ground. So eye witness testimony does not support Zimmerman as you would like to believe.
