I'm willing to concede that it was 530 kms away instead of 600, and that it might have been felt throughout Chiapas state to some extent, but you will have to accept that:

It was in a different state, miles away, so it could not have been planned by the same person or group or at least with the participation of members of both local governments.

It is a seismic zone and drills are common.

Before the quake there were a number of minor quakes that justified to have a drill in order to be prepared whenever another big one happens (remember after '85 all the scientists claimed a stronger one within the following 5 years) so a drill is a logical thing to do to be prepared.

Now, if what you imply is that this quake was produced or at least promoted by a local government, you would have to really believe they are VERY advanced, which, to be honest, defies the daily evidence, where i only see local governments being overwhelmed by local security incidents -drug gangs-, political upheaval and in general Maslow level 1 priorities.

We understood exactly who the asshat you spoke of was; just couldn't resist the obvious (subconscious/co-inkydink?) connection so readily available to the under-bridge dweller ...

Our Northridge apartment house was featured in videos of the '92 quake, and we lived in Tujunga when the Sylmar quake hit in '71 - the house jumped sideways about 6 inches and cracked the stucco, but somehow didn't come crashing down around us. We probably should have left California then, but waiting was not filled.

We left right after the Rodney Riots.

We agree. The 18th drill is something to be aware of.

It will take as much, if not more, directed positive thought-energy to deflect/mitigate the 12/21/12 mass delusion of apocalypse than was brought to bear on 3/22/2012 and that abysmal earthquake prediction that was ultimately squelched.

- Drills are common, but "mega drills" (mega simulacro) don't happen every month.

- An earthquake lasts for less than one minute. It's amazing if an earthquake happens in the same DAY of a drill, but if it happens at the same TIME of a drill, it's totally mind blowing, and can't be coincidence

- I never said that the local government of Chiapas CAUSED the quake. They just KNEW that the quake would happen somehow.
