Why wouldnt a thread like this that was made in Fragile Earth not get moved to the Cryptozoology forum?

(I made a thread in the Cryptozoology forum on the same subject, it got locked because there was already a thead on it in the Fragile Earth forum, which I believe is the wrong forum for it to be in)



While a thread that was made in the Cryptozoology forum gets moved to Fragile Earth.

(I believe the move to Fragile Earth was correct in this case)



Im just curious as to why that other thread stayed in Fragile Earth and was not moved to the Cryptozoology forum.
