China Could build 20,000 Nuclear Warheads...

“China could build a 20,000 warhead force if they wanted to, given enough time.”
This was the comment that was made in reponse to Chinese anger at US missile defense plans. While the plans are for Iranian nuclear warhead that are not built yet, the same technology could be used to defeat Chinese and Russian weapons. What do you guys think?

That comment has been taken in isolation. Jeffrey Lewis didn't even imply that China would construct so many warheads. He just said they could.

exactly why we should have followed Douglas MacArthurs advice, it's almost as if he knew what the future would bring.
