A weird, Ironic experience..(sucubi?)

Okay, so the other night I had just laid down to bed and I was barely asleep when I kinda woke myself up instantly and opened my eyes... As I opened my eyes I quickly caught a glimpse of a white silhouette. From the 2 seconds that I seen this figure I could only make out and upper body, head and hand.. It seemed to be reaching towards me face with long fingers. I'm not sure..but my mind tells me that I caught partial facial expressions. It seemed to have a smirk or something. After my mind fully grasped the visual, it dissolved into nothing and I was left baffled at what I had just seen. I mean, I didn't feel fear or anxiety. I simply felt like I was being watch. I was trying to sleep with my forearm over my eyes and I just suddenly decided to open my eyes and thats when I seen it.

Later the next evening.. I was at my cousins watching Ghost Adventures and it was about an episode about a Sucubus (even though Zack was calling out an Incubus the whole time).
I'm a fan of Ghost Adventures and have done a few hunts aswell (with the cousin I was hanging out with). But I honestly never seen this episode. At the end of the Episdoe, Zack explains a dream he had had about a woman floating over him waving her long finger/nails at his face. As soon as I heard him explain this my heart started pacing faster and the hair on my neck stood up. Aaron pointed out a scratch Zack had on his neck.. I went home and checked my body for scratches and to my disbelief I had 3 little nicks on my inner forearm.

I'm not afraid by anymeans.. I just feel obligated to share my story, really. The weird thing is, lastnight I had a dream about a lot of people I once knew and died. Except they were all in the same room just lounging around talking or something. What's going on with this?
I do believe I am tuned into the Paranormal a little more than others.. for various reasons. But things got a little weird recently.
I'd like to keep people updated if anything happens.. or if anyones interested at all.
Any advice to the situation may be helpful. I'd like to know more about what i'm dealing with (if anything at all). I'm not one to believe in a series of random events happening and it not happen for a reason..

Do you know the season of Ghost Adventures you were watching?
Two weeks ago, roughly, I came springing out of my bed gasping for air. It was as though something was choking me. It was not until I got in the bathroom before I could get my breathing back. It was almost the feeling when you get the air knocked out of you and you can't get it back quick enough.

I've thought of sleep apnea but it was like I was being chocked and not allowed to breath rather than I just stopped breathing. Scary to wake up like that. I didn't see anything but I wasn't really looking as I fought for air.

I watch the show often too, but wonder why those guys flirt with disaster so much. And I've also wondered if they can somehow transfer their negative energy/spirits to the viewers.
The changes in all 3 of them throughout the shows is obvious, and not so much for the better. It seems to me that they are all attracted to 'the dark side' now.

Hopefully that spirit won't visit you again, it sounded very disturbing...

My biggest problem with Ghost Adventures is that they always taunt and badger spirits. They don't like it any more than living people do.
