No of course not but this guy was 'tha man' just six days ago so you would think the media would try and downplay this whole issue like they do all the time when it comes to someone they 'like'. Instead they exaggerated things and i find this very very strange for some reason.
Also the fact that this is out of character (we don't know him but there is enough info on the net) and happening only days after he got famous makes me question things. It is bizarre don't you think?

Kony 2012 'Joseph Kony' Invisible Children video response from Ugandan PM Amama Mbabazi.
Ugandan Prime Minister Amama Mbabazi launched Saturday an online response to a viral campaign to arrest rebel commander Joseph Kony to counter the "false impression" that the country is in conflict.
-----------------
"As PM (Prime Minister) of Uganda, I appreciate your interest and invite you to visit. We have peace, stability and great people" he wrote in a tweet to celebrities, using the #KonyisntinUganda.
-----------------
Mbabazi, speaking to the camera in the simple broadcast filmed at his office desk, said he wanted to correct the "well intentioned" video, pointing out that "Joseph Kony is not in Uganda," and that the country is "not in conflict."

A witness told police a man believed to be Russell's father-in-law approached him, but Russell became agitated, removed his underwear and then proceeded to masturbate. He then began running into traffic, the witness said. 10news.com

Was it just me, or was he screaming about "iPhone and Siri" right before he started clapping. Very odd.
