Former L.A.P.D. Detective Says He Knows Who Killed The Notorious B.I.G

www.complex.com

Fifteen years after Biggie's murder, retired detective Greg Kading debunks a few bogus theories and explains why the case will never officially be solved.

According to the police detective who spent three years investigating the murder of Biggie Smalls, the man pictured above—Wardell Fouse a.k.a Darnell Bolton a.k.a. “Poochie”—was the triggerman who killed Biggie fifteen years ago today. His fee for murdering the greatest rapper of all time? $13,000.

Let me first say that this isn't necessarily "breaking", as it was published 3/9. So, mods if it's necessary to move, please feel free. That being said, I just found the news today and I think it's worth sharing.

The title doesn't do the article justice, as this gentleman is claiming he knows who killed 2Pac too.

Interestingly enough this retired detective who previously accused both Suge Knight and Diddy in his book, Murder Rap has come forward with new information implicating the man you see above.

Now he's giving the names of who killed both BIG and Pac!

Kading flat-out names the shooters in both slayings -- Wardell "Poochie" Fouse, a Piru gang member hired by Suge Knight to kill Biggie; and Southside Crips member Orlando Anderson, who was jumped shortly before Tupac was shot and killed in Las Vegas. And details what happened and how things eventually led to Biggie murder and why they will never any prosecutions in the cases.

On Whether The Cases Will Ever Be Solved
"It comes down to how you define solved. Both law enforcement agencies -- the Las Vegas Police Department and the L.A.P.D. -- have drawn the conclusions that Tupac was killed by Orlando Anderson and Biggie Smalls was killed by Wardell 'Poochie' Fouse.

"Those are the facts within law enforcement. They're considered solved internally, but the public's definition of solved is different. They haven't gone through the judicial process and nobody has been prosecuted.

"Both shooters are dead. Orlando Anderson was killed outside a Compton record shop in May 1998. Poochie died in July 2003 as a result of multiple gunshot wounds. He was shot in the back while riding his motorcycle in Compton. He was supposedly killed as a result of in-fighting between the Mob Pirus—Suge's Blood associates—and another Blood gang known as the Fruit Town Pirus.

"That's all the justice that these cases will see. The co-conspirators are never going to be prosecuted. Unfortunately, the cases are so complicated and convoluted. These will never see criminal prosecution.

So, I've had my own thoughts on who was involved in these murders and well it's all too convenient for LAPD to implicate two dead thugs. I could be wrong, but I've heard traces of LAPD being involved in the killings through the years.

Yeah.. who knows, the LAPD is one of, if not THE, most corrupt forces in the U.S.
I mean, taking their word for it is honestly no different than taking a gang members word. They have zero credibility.

Good post.

Yes too convenient indeed, I don´t care who the gunmen were, I want to know who gave the order and why exactly.

It makes sense. I read the article like 2 days ago and I found myself seeing the logic/reason behind his evidence and argument. I would say it makes a great deal of sense. I had thought that Suge had Pac killed over money issues, and Biggie was a gang retaliation killing/senseless violence. This explanation makes more sense though, and I'm glad he came forward.

I feel like I'm still a little skeptical on whether Suge paid to have Biggie killed. I'm not saying he isn't capable or anything, it's certain his style and wouldn't surprise me. I guess there's just a lack of evidence to really be like "Oh yeah, Suge was definitely behind it" but I guess why that's why they won't prosecute. The 2pac murder makes sense though. I just felt the circumstances in the 2pac murder were very suspect considering all the conditions were perfect. It was like everything was planned so that the "hit" would go off without a hitch. But I guess coincidences do happen.

Some people believe that these two are behind the killings ultimately:

And then there's this as well:

I read this article about a week ago. It's very believable to me. Suge's girlfriends statement corroborated the detectives theory that the hitman was payed 13K. The detective also seemed really dedicated and experienced working the case.

Nobody's ever going to be brought to justice, both the shooters are dead. It's closure to me, but I wonder if the families know about the claims and if they'd be able to find closure.

This is all wrong.

No way Notorious B.I.G. was the greatest rapper of all time. They just say that to sound dramatic. I have thoughts on who it was, but it wasn't this guy.

Thanks for the awesome contribution to the thread.

This article and topic has nothing to do with your opinion of rap music. Do you have anything of value to add regarding the coverups that took place?
