So when i first saw this vid i thought wow lets stop this guy, that was a week ago now the more i think about it the more this video seams engineered. Now that people have started saying that Kony isnt even in Uganda anymore some other people are even stretching to saying he is already dead other are saying the LRA is not even run by him anymore. I ahve noticed the comments have been deabled the reason is unkown but to me before they where disabled i saw alot fo 'Phony 2012' and genreal talk saying there just another business first chairty 2nd. Also with
the increased comments on the wall saying staments that objectify the cause and some staements even going agiasnt the charity do you find this a bit strange? that a charity set up to free peaple has dissabled comments from the public????

Gonna stop you right there
I hear this a lot like its some revelation....my god, he isn't even in Uganda..what a lie.

It is clearly said in the video your talking about that he left Uganda and moved into the Sudan. He is known as the Ugandan warlord because..well, thats where he made his start and hung out for ages/built a name.

The other stuff you said is pretty much easily debunked.
Why would they disable comments? Probably to stop the influx of misinformed conspiracy theorists and others whom do not want to give people any power to change things. That would be my guess.

If you don't believe the video (you shouldn't..always research), find credible sources and information on the subject at hand. Ignore the nuts that will eventually jump the shark and say the guy simply never did exist.

The guy is a piece of work. But, he is not the only bad guy on earth...just currently enjoying 15 minutes of fame due to social networking and a crafty guys handiwork in bringing focus on the issue.

Who hasn't known about the guy for years now? Seriously! That video only brought it forth to the kids who didn't read the news five years ago. And as the guy above says, he's far from the only bad guy. If you want to stop these people, commenting on a video on youtube or signing a petition in fb isn't really going to change the world. Go live in the world and make changes.

Misinformed conspiracy theorists? You can use labels like that as much as you like, but the conspiracy theorists got it right this time. This was a giant psy-op propaganda piece to get public support for military intervention in Uganda, nothing to do with humanitarian concerns.
And the more evidence that has come out, the more it suggests the Kony 2012 movement is a huge phony

I predicted this in my thread with a decent amount of evidence to suggest there was something fishy going on

Conspiracy theorists are only resistant to the kind of change where special interests and the beneficence of sovereign human beings is at stake, so please don't make such generalizations

I must be the only person around here that doesn't give a # about Mr.Kony or this stupid video that's gone viral.

Yes, he's a worthless piece of human trash.

However, the US is run by worthless pieces of trash. They haven't approached Kony-like levels of brutality (yet) but they are a bigger concern at this moment.

I have to disagree, I think they have far exceeded Kony like levels thounsands of times over

How many wars has the US started in the past 10 years?
How many casualties suffered from these wars?
Who benefited from these wars?
Has anyone been brought to justice for the WMD lies?
Why was there no legitimate investigation into 911?
Why is Israel still allowed to maintain a blockade around Gaza, a region of 1.5 million civilians who are deprived of their right to live, exposed to white phosphorus, denied aid, 45% unemployment rate?

I'm pretty sure the US/NATO/Israel has faaaaaaaaar outdone Kony's atrocities

Fair enough.

I still wish that there were viral videos that discussed the reach of the American empire (know of any? send them my way) instead of videos that take the attention off of America and put it on some foreign dictator.

I mean, how many times do THEY have to use this distraction?

I wish too!

But people have been conditioned so deeply like concrete in the US and NATO countries, raised by television and poison food, they are resistant to that kind of information... the tides are turning though, I have noticed an exponential increase over the few years in the number of people waking up to whats really going on
illuminati is running out of time and the truth is going to prevail soon

There are a million different warlords in Africa. To go after one that isn't even still active makes 0 sense, priority wise.

You're dealing with people that think they have magical powers from rape and eating people after all

People like Kony need to be put away. They are the reason why other countries give and give economically to projects in Africa, and it never does any good; because any time World Vision or one of the other of them try and build something that will help the people become autonomous, someone like Kony comes and burns it down, and possibly shoots some of the people involved.

So I absolutely think he needs to be put in jail; him and all the rest of them.
