Why exactly does the vast majority of flying saucer sightings and alien abductions disguised as sleep paralysis only happen at night?

With a human population of seven billion,surely at least a billion of us sleep during the day,yet almost all alien experiences take place at night...

I think that our day time surface sunshine hurts the eyes of the telepathic aliens,who have to wear protective goggles,light dispersing shields we think are their large black eyes...

As they ascend from their nether regions far below us underground and arise from deep within the oceans under the cover of darkness,places impenetrable and unreachable to us...

Are they the demons rising up from hell,to abduct as many fallen souls as they can because they know their time is short?

Your first bit had me when it said up to 2 million have been abducted in America alone....maybe about two million worldwide then? because the only people who they abduct is Americans why is that?
Heck I know 4 Americans who claim they have been abducted but I have never met any Brits who claim the same...and I work with mentally ill people...

As an admitted abductee (see my profile), should I poke around in my eye sockets or rectum for wiring or batteries? Please give me more insight into this. Surely there are different levels and various stages to the aliens abduction agenda...

Some people and even entire families,are abducted numerous times throughout their lives...

My information was deduced from many years of reading,listening and encountering the unknown my whole life...

I have experienced terrifying sleep paralysis dozens of times and i know what i think it actually is...

Exactly why are there well over a million people committing suicide every year?

Because they were driven and remotely controlled to do it,so the evil aliens could aquire their souls?

If that is true and i think it is,then some of those people probably left behind messages and clues in their suicide notes exposing who was tearing them apart to the point where death became their only solution and surely those notes and what they would reveal,will never see the light of day and they will be hushed up and supressed...

Why would people not be taken by aliens?

Why would'nt governments purposefully ignore people being captured in exchange for secret technology that they turn into super weapons,super wealth and super power?

The governments of this world certainly have had no problem sending many forgotten millions of people to their hellish deaths by forcing them to fight and die within pre-fabricated wars and killing millions more through orchestrated genocides...

So why would'nt our leaders willingly allow massive amounts of their own citizens to be abducted by aliens,act like nothings going on while human souls are harvested and turn the other way as vast numbers of abductees are never seen again?

If a person doesn't want their soul "stolen", all they have to do is ask for help from God (whatever name you choose to call him). He is stronger than ANY alien out there! The soul has something like an invisible umbilical cord attached to it that remains attached to our body until we die. Nothing can steal it from us as long as we are living. Where our soul goes after death is also our choice, based on how we have lived our life.
I do believe, however, that the aliens could implant a chip in the brain to control incoming information. How we react to this information is up to us. We do have freewill.
