Nice demonstration. I wouldn't have expected the result. It was just as simple to read as it would have been, when spelled correctly. I'm however confident that if primarely long words were chosen, there would be some difference.

Try recording a toddler's voice speaking gibberish. Play it in reverse. "I want I want".

This is because the brain actually takes things in, in reverse, if you will.

I think you made a spelling mistake.

I read the first one just fine, I showed it my 6 year old son and he was able to read it too.
The one with the numbers was pretty cool I read that ok, my son read the second word message right away and was able to catch a few other phrases in the paragraph.

The human mind is amazing.

If it's a routine procedure of the brain to recognize a word when the first and last letters are in place, how come only 55 out of 100 can read this? I don't believe that. I think anyone could read this.
