Bill Amendments on Men: mandatory rectal, psychological exams, and sacred sperm!

As scores of legislation relating to women's reproductive health are being considered nationwide , legislators are adding amendments to the bills, attacking mens reproductive rights . Although satirical in nature the amendments are meant to be thought provoking and are actually getting votes , one bill almost passed with the vote 21-19.

What would happen if one of these actually did pass ? Would it change the entire debate on female reproductive rights?






I will list just a few of the amendments being added around the country , the rest are in this article .




OHIO -

On Tuesday, Ohio state Sen. Nina Turner (D-Cleveland) will introduce a bill aimed at cracking down on prescription drugs like Viagra that treat erectile dysfunction. Turner’s legislation would make men jump through certain hoops — such as psychological screenings — before they could obtain the meds.it would require physicians to inform patients in writing of the risks involved in taking erectile dysfunction drugs and requires men to sign a document acknowledging the risks,

This bill didn't pass on a vote 21-19.



Virginia

To protest a bill that would require women to undergo an ultrasound before having an abortion, Virginia State Sen. Janet Howell (D-Fairfax) on Monday attached an amendment that would require men to have a rectal exam and a cardiac stress test before obtaining a prescription for erectile dysfunction medication.

Delaware and Oklahoma - every sperm is Sacred amendments that make it a crime for a man to "waste semen"

Illinois

State Rep. Kelly Cassidy (D) decided to push back against GOP attacks on women’s health by offering an amendment that would require men to watch a “horrific video” about the side effects of Viagra before the received a prescription for the drug

well viagra and other medicines would probably go take a big hit. people will probably start turning to testosterone replacement therapy to treat their suffering sex drive. which isn't a bad thing if you're over a certain age and your natural test has already declined to the point where you can't achieve what you'd like

besides, viagra can only do that one thing. test would do that and make you feel like you're 20 again. i know several older gentlemen who've taken this route. i'm not that old yet though lol

I am trying to understand all this stuff from the standpoint of "why"?

All of this anti woman and pro breeding stuff cropping up lately - what is it that "they" want?

More people? We have enough. More white people? Well, there's enough of those too.

Does it stem from some resentment or hatred of women? Jealousy over the strides women have made? This may be true but it doesn't strike me as explanation enough for this concerted and widespread Propaganda to Breed.

I'm trying to figure out just -what- is behind this all?

These arguments usually boil down to sniping, men v. women, Conservative v. Liberal.

But what is behind it all?

Why this PUSH to breed?

What exactly is the agenda here?

Is it to keep you in debt? There's already plenty of ways to do that without shackling a person with kids.

Is it economic / they want new bodies as workers because of a load of people (Baby Boomers) are set to retire? Well 'they' had 60 years to figure that out. At least since the 70s when people began having less kids. So, they've had 40 years to tinker with the economy.

And people can always be imported. In fact - there are not enough jobs to go around as is.

I just can't seem to fathom "what" it is they want? Another divisive argument to distract you? But why is there *so much* of it then? You wouldn't need to put in such effort to get that simple ball rolling.

Are they gearing up for some giant war that's going to need legions of soldiers? Do they expect a disaster that will wipe out large numbers?

Sure, you could say it's just the Far Right using emotional manipulation to try to bring back a simpler time of God Loving Families that never really was.

But that seems like too simple of an answer.

There is something behind all this Breeding Propaganda. They're putting much too much effort into it.

I really wish I had an answer for that , I thought it was a just a scam and distraction to have Obama reelected, but I think it has more to do with doing as much as they can to appease the crowds without actually overturning Roe vrs Wade. But then you throw in all this Single-mother bashing and throwing the possibility of banning contraceptives into the mix and we digress back to dark times.
