What is this in the desert of California?

I say it's a dump for all the depleted uranium munitions they shoot at targets.

Over the time that stuff would get blown around and contaminate the whole desert for thousands of years, so I guess they collect the debris and bury it once in a while.

They did the same with the nuclear waste on Enewetak Atoll:

Possibly Alien researching? I'm sure they have sumthing underground hiding some kind of bio-chemical ware fare.

So a few things while i was stationed there.... One i won't tell on the internet because it could bring in bad news for me and is considered top secret ( but don't worry its not conspiracy related ).

Black squadrons fly in at night and leave at night.

Massive bombs shaking the earth on the range.

Hangar five testing secret equipment or aircraft causing electricity to flicker on and off.

They ran test for the Manhattan project here. The base was started in 1952 i believe. So they say....

The bomb resulted in a mushroomlike cloud. The town is full of engineers. EMP mybe... i know they study some robot technology. Also they have SEALS, and other special operations groups there training and testing pretty often.

I don't know what the objects on the ground is.

I have heard rumours from more then one source about the base though.

Vandenburg Airforce Base is due west on the Pacific Ocean of the Naval base.

I "heard" there is a tunnel from Vandenburg to the Naval Base and that the base is where we actually launch,build and service our nuclear submarine program.

I also heard that seismatic activity in Nevada that get's swarms in regions is really the tunnel boring equipment making more tunnels.

Well I don't think we'll get a confirmation from the State department or Navy. I've seen some SERIOUS convoys late at night driving up Hwy. 395 into Ridgecrest. Always at night and always at least 10 to 20 trucks loaded down.
They could fly stuff in, but these convoys are heavily loaded with WIDE stuff.

I also heard the Reno earthquake swarms were new tunnels being dug too.

well the ice is all ways melting. i think its all about thin by now. i get what you mean though. yeah those could have been 2 shafts with the two " points " directed at each other thats just where the cables to lower the stuff down were.

i could see that. 300 feet wide and all.

Couple of thoughts here:

1) In one of the pics it looks like a small man made lake. you will recall when the Skunk works developed the Sea Shadow, they created a lake (I forget if it was at China lake or at Groom) to test a scale models RCS on the water as a proof of concept. This could be the same thing and its been left to dry out. That would explain the tarp being torn away at the top of the rounded section.

2) The pile of dirt which looks like the lake would simply be the tailing from the excavation. It looks the same because you have to have ramps to keep piling up the dirt.
