Well, the deregulation of the Oil market has resulted in speculation that drives up prices beyond true world value. Perhaps we should restrict energy exports from the US to increase supply?

i'll even go a step further:
oil is naturally occurring abiotic and should be found purdy much every where.
is not 'fossil fuel' and more-n-likely used to be found in pools.
so just drill baby.
