The reason why you think it looks like him, is just because he is African.

Africans think all white people looks the same. We think Africans looks all the same, just like if you go to Thailand, many people will have the same features. But when you look at white people, (I guess you are white) you see all the details in a face. Like some parts of Africa they got a wide nose, maybe they all got curly black hair, and that is what your brain think is details. But suddenly everyone you see there, has those exactly same details, that is why you think they all looks the same.

The same thing goes for them, and all around the globe. Try ask your friends :p

I have no issue in identifying people, maybe it's your subconcious more so than mine.

even if this was all legit and they did catch kony, what makes them think he wont be replaced 10 minutes later? The power void always gets filled, happens with terrorist groups, gangs, drug cartels, government....anywhere.
