i thought i would just follow his list nad see what happens a few years back when i came accross it, and now every new years i listen to his radio show where he says his predictions

The Mayan calendar has nothing to do with our calendar and the "leap years". In fact, our calendar is so inadequate and off track that we are forced to create things called "leap year".

The Mayan calendar is based on the planetary and star alignment of our galaxy and thus is "precise" in its measurements. Only through translating their calendar to our calendar is when we come up with Dec 21, 2012.
And, yes they included "leap years" when translating.

What a random name to pull out the hat....but hasnt he just been in the media for sex-tapes he's done?? could certainly see him being hospitilazed for "issues" also heart-related? yes if the stress of this gets to him.

And of course he could be sued by 2 people, possibly his ex-wife if these tapes upset the people involved.

Like I say a weird name to pull out for a prediction but certainly one that could become true, very soon!

Interesting..

Some of the things on his list have came true, main one that jumped out to me is the cruise line disaster with a cruise liner being over turned, reminds me of the Costa Concordia that happened earlier this month.

The procession of our galaxy that includes our solar system moves in a rotation around the center, just like our solar system moves in rotation around the sun.
The center of our galaxy is a black hole, much more stronger than any sun.
The amount of time for our solar system to go from one horizon "day break" to the other horizon "sun set" takes around 26,000 years. The Mayans "Long-Count Calendar" covers this progression daily for the entire period.
Their calendar, (which adheres to the actual (with only miniscule changes) movements of the galaxy) ends on December 21st, 2012, based on our modern calendar. Give or take maybe a day or two (to adjust for cosmic swaying).
