I am silly!

I apologise for my few days late introduction ahead of time, I wanted to jump into a discussion so badly it escaped my mind but now I don't feel as if my account is complete without it. :]

Anyways,

Greetings everyone - I am an United States citizen with a lot on her mind.

I am young, but extremely observant of the world around me. I have worked for most of my life - since I was 10 years old under my Father's company. He owned that store his entire life, of which his father established, only to have it crushed by this awful economy and for him to be rendered unemployed, including me and the rest of my family. During this time, I have observed much of my mother and father's struggles financially and I fear that when I grow old things may be even worse than just what I've seen. What social security or benefits will be left for me when I come of age? Will it all be leeched away by the corrupt government I am apparently so blessed to be born under? I surely do not like what I have seen so far... and I feel as if nowadays most of us have all lost our true American spirit. We are no longer pioneers, or entrepreneurs. We are spoon-fed propaganda and forced into dead-end, minimum wage jobs. This is not the American Dream I had when I was a child. I can go on and on and on, but I am sure over time you will see a lot of my views and opinions spread throughout this site.

I have been what you'd call a lurker on this site for a relatively long time, about four years now.

What made me join yesterday was the fact that I realise that this Spirit, not even American, just the Human Spirit lives on so strongly on this website.

You are all pioneers for the truth, and this gives me hope for our future, and for our children's future. This, is something I could not go without being a part of.

This, is something I HAD to join.


I hope you enjoy my presence here as much as I will enjoy every one of yours.

I suppose I'm into nature, mostly plants and foliage, animals too of course.

I am also into poetry. I enjoy taking my negative experiences and making them flow in perfect harmony on paper. It's like taking my pain and using it constructively to turn it into something so beautiful.

well my favourite is optical physics,
but i also like astro-physics and biological sciences.

i am an animal lover too
and yern for a way to help mother nature recover from our excesses,

well i like constructive people and i try to help where i can,
i too have blue/green eyes

i spell way to bad for writing poetry but enjoy the odd verse

Oh wow, very interesting courses to study. Especially Biology.

I must agree though, I too yearn for a way to reverse the damages we have done to this Earth. I do what little a middle class girl like me can do, but I know it isn't enough. It doesn't suffice for all of the bad I do. Just even driving I feel so badly for it because I know I'm polluting the air :/

But what can I do?

Also, you don't need to spell to write beautiful poetry! As long as your message can be clearly conveyed, the rest can be simply revised and edited. The editing is the easiest part in my opinion.
