I would like to know why ANYTHING dealing with a "weather balloon" from 1947 would still be classified. We can walk up really close to a F-117 Stealth Fighter at an airshow. We detect nuclear tests via seismography, and we have Doppler Radar for the weather. I see no reason, if it truly was a weather balloon, why any of this information should still be classified. That leads me to think, "Maybe it wasn't a weather balloon".

They were conducting tests about using balloons to detect Soviet nuclear tests, these would certainly be classified. Whether or not this has anything to do with the Roswell incident is not known.

Don Schmidt, Tom Carey, Kevin Randall, Chris Rutkowski, Anthony Bragalia, and possibly more. All joining forces to reinvestigate everything from Roswell. Really dont know how theyll find anything new, or reach any definitive conclusions. But who knows...
