Facebook has the ability to read your texts due to their privacy policy that you have to accept to run their app on your cell phone. They claim they
are doing it to integrate texting features and whatnot, and they'd never read through your texts.

I'm not too paranoid about many things, but Facebook sort of scares me because of their ubiquity and quick rise to power. It's also sketchy how
deeply Zuckerberg is attached to this company and wouldn't trade it for the billions of dollars promised, considering the attrition rates of a social
media website (remember how much of a sure bet Myspace was?). And not to mention, there is still the unresolved issue of Facebook being started by the
C.I.A., which would explain Zuck's relentless hanging around. I can't get the video to embed, so here's the link for it, sorry for the shameless
