Just found this add on that lets you turn any page into a downloadable PDF to read off line.

This is especially important for those with low download speed, or a necessity to read long pages off line.

I have downloaded dozens of pages in minutes, and if you really want to get things done in a hurry you can add multiple tabs, and download them all at once.

addons.mozilla.org...

Also this one.
addons.mozilla.org...

I haven't tried to print anything yet, but the PDF mode is fantastic, if you just want to read offline, or even transfer it to a kindle, whether its the mobile one, or the one that can be downloaded to your computer.

Peace, NRE.

Sounds interesting. I do come across a site now and then that I would like to save without having to open a browser.

Unfortunately, the reviews say it doesn't work on FF 10. I love Firefox because of the addons, but this rapid release mode they're in is making it hard for developers to keep up. I'll give this one a try and see if it works. Otherwise, I'll keep an eye on it for updates.

Thanks for the heads up

It may be something with that persons comp. I hope it works well for you.

BTW, when I say it turns into a PDF, I mean it opens and can be saved with pics, and everything else!

Peace, NRE.

I installed it, but not finding the "save to PDF" or whatever it is. Help please?

I'm using FF 10.0.2.

Right click the page and the option to PRINT PAGES TO PDF will appear and then click it and it will automatically download for you.

Can't you do that from any program by using a PDF "printer"?

To be honest Im not sure, I like this because I can save any site page (website), or pages and keep them just as they are, if there was or is another program I am unaware of it.

Peace, NRE.
