Lets see HAARP gets the blame for the following.

Storms,earthquakes,volcanoes erupting,some ufo's,weather control,9/11

etc etc

My flat tyre this morning may I as well blame it for that

That would be silly... HAARP isn't that finely tuned... That was the kid I paid $20.00 to take out your tire with that new particle beam thing they have been toying with

And shall we also focus on the always overlooked Russian version, "Sura", that is more powerful and has been around longer than the American HAARP?

You could try actually reading

instead of just making up stuff. I covered SURA and many others including the ones in China and one in India that I located on GE before they rescanned that area

So, your denying that any haarp thread invariably ends up focusing on the American haarp and none other? Excepting of course the thread you just pointed out to me which I did not know about, thank you for pointing it out. Funny thing is, any time any earthquake happens, people always accuse America and haarp, and never once Russia, China or as you claim India. Wonder why.

I was simply trying to bring peoples attention to these other arrays. Deny ignorance, right?
