LOL, that was funny. What I don´t get is why would you grab someone from behind when he´s got it whipped out and peeing? That's asking for wet shoes at least.

Or walk around to get a better view? If I was a cop I would attend the guy of my presence and ask to conceal his weapon first.

No sense in stopping a guy mid stream.
