Stargates on the Grammys?

Well I was at my friends house and he was playing clips from the grammys the other day, and something kinda struck me as odd. On stage behind David Guetta Im pretty sure there is 3 of what looks like stargates. I know not literally certainly looks like them though. I might be wrong but did anybody else notice that?

you cant be wrong can you? lol... its obvious those are "stargates"... so, now what happens?

I dont know thats a good question, Im trying to figure out why they would use those as a stage prop.

Just a tribute to trans-humanism... that's all..

Maybe because they look cool...

Them being used as something to look cool in a show, does not make them real.

I never said they were real out of everything though your gonna pick those? Im sure there are other cool things they could've picked, they dont even match up with the song or any of the artists for a common theme.

They even went down to the detail of inscribing symbols along the inside of the ring.

Well other than the televison show "Stargate" I have never seen a stargate so would have no clue as to what a stargate looks like...have you seen a stargate other than the ones on the television show ? Maybe they are just roud decorations with lots of lights.

Not really read a little bit about them, seen the show though something along that line. 9 crystals around a ring probably has something to do with the symbols around the inside. Here take a look at this thread. Undo, Stargates are real

After closer look and with the symbols on the ones in the Video they do appear to be similar. They even flash the Iris that is seen on SG1 a few times or what appears to be like the Iris. That's pretty cool.

0:53 & 1:01 is when the 'Iris' flashes, at 1:01 it's right behind the DJ and a few more times later on in the video..
