Flag system not working?

I've just noticed that my flag count doesn't go up. It stays at 0. It doesn't matter for me specifically, but I wasn't sure if this was a problem that is affecting everyone across the site or not so I figured I'd say something about it.

I confirm there is a bug
you should have 20 flags
and its not showing at all in your profile or in posts

Well there is one more flag for you, hopefully this injustice will be corrected!

I can remember reading a few other thread's about similar issues in the past. I did a couple of searches and found one with this post from SO, it might be helpful here I guess:

Some legacy member accounts (older than the launch of the flagging system) that were inactive for a period have had some problems with accurate flag totals. Which is why I coded a one-button fix, and your flags are now normal as soon as I became aware of this thread.

Never assume that any ATS Admin will automatically be aware of a public thread such as this. For problems of this nature, it's always best to submit a complaint -AND- send a private message to a senior staff member. There is a significantly higher probability the issue will be noticed and resolved.

So you might want to PM one of the admins so they know you have this issue or something like that?

This has happened a lot with the "older" member accounts. Just U2U any mod and they can/will fix it for you...

Not possible. You see, I have this "situation" where there are constantly little people running around my living room insisting on being more important then anything I have going on on my computer.

Ignoring them won't work....it costs too much!!!

That happened to some older accounts when we moved to the flagging system.

We have a simple fix only admin can apply... it's now applied, and you now have flags.

The injustice has been righted!
