Why do they even need such a law? If a factory area has a no photography sign that is in essence the exact same thing. Tresspassing or not you are allowed to take pictures and video untill told otherwise. Make a sign that says so and vóila. Or even better, do that, save million in lobbying money and stop abusing animals so noone has a reason to film there?
