The outing of the con, is part of the con. It gives us all something to focus our anger on while they work the rest of the "sting". Don't buy into this, it's just the next phase of the plan. I'm sure they'll be entertaining us with a few court cases too. Another part of the "sting".
Keep a change of underwear handy, you're gonna need it.
Yeah you could be right.
Cant have a new world order without removing the old one first and of course have the minions do it for you.

They are resigning because the ugly truth is that capitalism does not work.
My friends and family and neighbors are fine with Capitalism, we'll keep it this way, thanks.
CRONY CAPITALISM is what 'doesn't work'. CORPORATISM doesn't 'work'. CENTRAL BANKING and exclusive private economies like WALL STREET doesn't work.
But I'd very much like to keep Capitalism....you can volunteer for something else though, nobody is stopping you.

Personally...I want blood...Every person on the planet should.
Round up your shotguns and pitchforks imo.
If they aren't brought to justice and VERY soon, I see riots coming to a city in the US near you. (let alone the rest of the world already rioting)
(Besides, everyone else is rioting...that makes them cool. The US wants to be cool too) =P
Seriously tho....riots...soon. in the US. mark my words...

I agree, to a point. We Americans are a Nation of Laws, not an angry, armed Mob. Screaming for blood is one thing, but when the blood flows it becomes another thing very quickly. Americans have not yet come to rioting, because as yet things have not gotten bad enough to warrant a riot, I guess, although the recent OWS people did some pretty good protesting.
These Banking Cartel Criminals, I just do not have any better, or more positive words to describe them, need to be arrested, made to do the "perp walk" for the cameras, charged, arrianed, and locked up without bond. Then they should be tried by a Jury of their Peers, sentenced to long prison terms, and have all of their assets seized and returned to the U.S' Treasury. Only when the People begin screaming for a reckoning and retribution will it actually happen. Federal Marshals have the power to arrest them.
Ratigan left as host of Fast Money in 2009, provoked by outrage over the government’s handling of the 2008 financial crisis.
When you're dealing with economic problems, you want to be speaking from an economic platform. When you're dealing with systemic policy failures that have rendered a catastrophe the likes of which we've really never seen, the role of journalism is to ask questions of money and power from the broadest possible platform.
Blodget: Is there really a place for this story you're talking about on broadcast TV?
Ratigan: Sure. If you went to broadcast TV and started to connect the dots between the real impact of all these policy decisions--students not getting loans, all the housing problems, all the layoffs--and juxtapose that reality with the policy decisions and policies that allowed for the largest insurance fraud followed by blackmail ever... Broadcast TV's perfect for that. And the potential to use this moment to achieve systemic improvement by virtue of the taxpayer being asked for all this capital...is important. The original role of the journalist was not to give everyone the answers but to ask lots and lots of questions. And that's what I'd like to do.
