Is it safe to say these craft are not so critical to Air Superiority since you are posting these nice pics?

edit on 6-3-2012 by Somamech because: Its mandatory to fill out forms

No they aren't classified if that's what your asking. You can go to youtube and type in Air Refueling and pull up video's of these...

Ha, thank you, an educated guess at that.
The taxiway layout in the south east part of the base is quite unmistakeable, you can even see where they have graded the earth for expansion that has since been built.

I find your photographs stunning and beautiful
I live very near to Menwith Hill in UK by the way - I am sure you know of it.
It may be top secret but has the effect of drawing one's curiousty like a magnet
My interest though is benign to any agenda they may have.

Now that may very well be one of the best recent arial photos I've seen, looking dead down the main strip at Groom... Not SUPER clear, then again, what other photo like this have you seen in recent time?!!

His pictures once again made it clear that the technology we have as human beings is hardly anything even close to the capabilities some UFOs have shown. So it did help in anti-debunking that see every aircraft must be some kind of stealth fighter because you see triangle lights.

Sorry for the long wait. Here's some heavy aircraft pics. Less glamorous I know...

E-3D

E-3C AWACS

B-52

JSTARS

C-17

I know I have more B-52 pics somewhere. Just haven't got to them yet...

I have to disagree.

I find them very interesting.

Keep the pics coming

I can take and post some pictures of buildings that I install the HVAC units in if you want

Just kidding my job is really less glamorous

Well I never knew the AWACS could be refueled Navy style (drogue).

For those that never watched or monitored (scanner) Red Flag, the AWACS is generally the first plane up and amongst the last to land. [The weather check plane could be the first.] During one of the Red Flag I observed from Coyote Summit, the AWACs did it's orbit very close to the battle line (FEBA). There must have been a conflict to use of the eastern MOAs. I was hoping to see it refueled, but no such luck.

If you don't hear Challice or Disco in the air, the game is likely to be scrubbed.

Thank you for the pictures Boomer, it's great to see the heavies too

@gariac: That's the E-3D as used by the Royal Air Force, you can see the red and blue roundel on the top surface of the aircraft's port outboard wing section, just beyond engine no. 1. It's capable of using both probe-and-drogue and flying boom systems. In the photo, it is E-3D ZH105.

@Boomer, a small observation, in your photo labelled as a JSTARS, is that in fact a RC-135V/W Rivet Joint? It appears to have the extended nose radome in addition to the side mounted sensor blisters.

Sorry been gone for so long. Let me look at the other pictures of it and see if I can see which one it is. I'm pretty sure it was JSTARS but I've refueled both so not 100% sure.
