Clearly Putin is more in touch with the people of his country and likes to get out, even tho Obama has lots of vacations... Obama also said the thing he dislikes about being Prsident is that he doesn't get to drive, and only had driven less than 10 minutes in 3 years.

I fail to see how doing the Butterfly or being a black-belt makes Putin "In touch" with the people.

All those things he might be terrible at, it is simply branding and marketing. Put him in a fast car and all of a sudden he is a young exciting race car driver. My point is just that it is just pr and obviously taken to make him look like a hero in front of his people, very simple propaganda.
