If he turns out not to be the legal POTUS for the time he has been filling the position every Law and agreement that he signed would/could be invalidated or at the very least contested ( bey NDAA !?). He would also have commited the crime of the century so a court case should follow.

He should at least be suspect of Spying,treason ,impersonating a president (

He doesn't even show up for court. I doubt he'll show up to that hearing.

Already proven hoaxed three years ago. Use the search function. It has its uses.

This dead horse has been beaten to death for years and absolutely nothing has come out of it. Nothing likely ever will either, because Obama's opposition both within his party and amongst rival parties would have outed him on it if there was a legitimate issue. Even assuming their overpaid and oversized staff(s) of researchers digging up dirt didn't find anything, there has been no contesting of his birth certificate that hasn't ended up as a big joke full of holes as of today.

Furthermore, by pushing the issue further you only HELP him as a vast majority of the people are settled that the birther issue is a hoax. If you truly wanted him out of office you would stop pushing something that has such hard blowback. It is equally as valid a conspiracy to say you are working FOR Obama to get him re-elected by derailing off the real issues into things that easily spin into republicans being crazy or obsessed. There is a thousand thousand other reasons that people could paint Obama in a negative light, and this just happens to be the one that stinks the most. It is a new low of pathetic appeal to fears and emotion.
