Major Barbara was written by Steven Tyler ..I think the song means nothing just a fragment of Steven Tyler's drug fueled imagination it was meant to be a bluesy song thats all i know..sugarcookie1

possibly something about you reap just what you sew,, but there are also a lot of external forces and variables at work/play so things dont always work out how you expect them, want them too, or need them too..... he seems to be questioning, if one does exactly what they are suppose to how come bad things still happen to them, is it fate, is it god,, im sure theres a scientific answer to why her crops didnt grow. ... my guess,,,, someone who depends on the weather and nature for their food to grow, you can do what you can do, but theres no guarantee your food will grow,,, every season since man started farming there has been food a plenty provided by the work of man and the good earth,,, theres also been areas and times of drought, famine, bad crops etc......
