I was sitting on the porch earlier and this bright light just appeared in the sky. I sat there for a couple of minutes to see if it was a plane, but it never came closer. Then if started fading away, like it was going backwards. Then it came forward again very bright. There were no clouds to give this illusion, so I ran for my camera which was just inside the doorway. When I stepped back outside it had lowered itself behind the treeline on the hill across the road. Sigh....... This thing went from being way above the treeline to being behind it in like 5 seconds. I know this was a UFO. No sound. Doesn't want its picture made. Taunting me....... AGAIN!

By UFO, I didn't say ET. It could be a government ship, but if so, they have people aboard who can read minds.

Well then here is something for starters. I posted this in a separate thread but I feel most of it relates.

"Cavtrooper7 mentioned speaking to a vet that spoke of turning off vibes, which I admit I got a laugh out of. I developed that skill when I was a child(hide and seek champion oh yeah!). I used to constantly practice on my dogs and family and if I do say so myself I was pretty darn good at it.

I usually if not always sense when anyone/ anything enters a room that I currently occupy. I have seen shadow people my whole life and on a few occurrences fully apparition ghosts. I can also always feel when I am being looked at and even at times thought of. I have several times felt like someone was thinking of me and called them moments before they were about to call me. Pretty cool when that happens.

Also, I sense people and immediately have a like or dislike towards them. Over the years I have learned to fully trust these feelings. The most recently was when a man came to my home who is a relative of a family friend. I had an instant dislike towards him and felt that he was in no way to be trusted. Turns out he is a pedophile, time served, and I have two children. Now honestly, what are the chances of that?

Someone also asked if anyone could sense when people are leaving. I have a friend that committed suicide and I knew he was definitely on his way out. I spoke to others and nobody seemed to sense anything. Time passed and so did he. I do not believe I am physic, but I have several experiences that would prove otherwise. I can not even count the number of times I was about to out with friends and suddenly feel compelled not to go with them. More often than not, something bad usually takes place within the group of people I was about to join. Thank goodness for trusting my gut."

I will start writing something up, probably starting with writing everything that occurred at a given residence which should pretty much map out my life. I will start with my last residence in California. Try to be patient as I enjoy being grammatically correct and I should be able to get it posted same time tomorrow.

I don't remember posting anything about the grim reaper. That's about the only thing I HAVEN'T experienced.
Could you have me mixed up with someone else, or a different story? I remember you asking me about something awhile back, but I forget what it was. Sorry.

I was trying to post a larger pic of the orbs that I caught on camera, but I was unsuccessful.

In light of your difficulties of getting a better picture, I COMPLETELY understand. I have a thread up about an object in my area that has been around for over a year. I have been trying to figure it out, but everyone is complaining they have no idea where the object is in any of the pictures. Honestly, I think they just might need glasses. Good luck though on getting a better picture.

I believe that was suppose to be directed towards me as I mentioned seeing a grim reaper a few post up. With that being said, that is where I will begin my sharing my stories.

At the time I lived in Alpharetta, GA and was in the tenth grade. I had a friend that I would occasionally hang out with named Patrick. I kept him around because he was more than just a little "off", which made for some interesting conversations. On Friday night during the school year he came over to spend the night. Sadly all I remember of the early evening was when my mother came home and caught us in the process of jumping off the roof.( I was trying to make a point to him that it could be done without injury) My mother pulled up right as he was about to jump, obviously I caught some heat for this. Later in the evening around 10 p.m. we became bored as children do. So we decided to go outside into my backyard and jump on the trampoline. It was a clear night with a full moon and all the stars were out so they provided enough lighting that we did not bother to turn on the back porch light. After roughly 20 minutes of jumping we took a break and decided to just sit on the trampoline while we rested. This the point when Patrick's "offness" came into play. I was not interested in what he was saying but out of respect I simply listened and nodded as any good friend should do. Shortly after begining his little story I had THE FEELING. I knew there was something/ someone in our presence that should not be there.

At this point I began to causally glance around as in my past experiences, anytime I would directly look at an entity the would quickly route. So as I am listening to this story I get up and jump a little bit to get to the other side of the trampoline so that I view the area that was behind me. After I sat down and began to look the area over I saw what had alerted my senses. It was a complete apparition of a very tall, black robed and hooded figure holding a scythe in its right hand. Look up a picture of a grim reaper that does not show and face under the hood and that is what I saw. Now, When I noticed it, it was looking into my mother's room which is on the second story. (if it is possible and without breaking any rules I will post the address of the house so you can Google Earth it and take a look at the landscape)

After being completely still and silent for over a minute my friend asked me, "dude, what's up?" He then looks over to where I was looking, sees the reaper and blurts out, "holy ****, what the hell is that?" At this point ( I swear to God this what we saw), the reaper turned only its hooded head towards us for a brief moment while moving the scythe back about two feet. After a few seconds of looking at us the hood inverted itself and the arms went into the rob and back again so that it was now facing the opposite direction. Without any hesitation after changing direction he literally glided to the fence and went up and over into my neighbors yard. I never saw any legs or it outstretching its arms to climb the fence. It just went up and over. As soon as it was out of sight the dogs in my neighbors backyard went bat crazy and barked up a storm for several minutes. Needless to say that by the time the reaper began moving towards the fence, my friend Patrick was already half way to the back door. With the reaper out of sight and the dogs still barking I felt it was time to go inside. The only thing is that Patrick was so terrified that he locked me outside and would not open the door. Some friend. I had to then yell for my mom to come down stairs and let me in. She just looked at me, my friend, and stated, "I don't want to know." and went back upstairs. We slept under the covers respectively and he never came back to spend the night. Every word is true, and I hope you enjoyed.

I know. I've been following your thread about the object in the sky. Haven't posted because I haven't got any advise to offer. Good luck with that!

Simon Parkes discusses coming into contact with a shadow being, or grim reaper, in this video, and how he communicated with it. Very interesting! He talks about it at 26:10 in the video time frame.

Never heard of the guy, but that was interesting. Thank you for letting us know where to skip to, I would have lost my mind watching the entire hour long video. What he said was that it was a shadow type being, I did not catch any mention of grim reaper although I admit I did only watch to hear the short telling. Pretty funny though, if I was offered a naked lady, I can not say if I would just turn it down that fast.

Now this happened recently in the past month or so while attempting to astral project as I have been doing for the past ten years. I am not sure if it was a dream or astral projection, however nothing seemed odd or out of place if you will

I woke up in my bed and had only a few seconds to sense I was not alone before I was literally grabbed by ankle out of the bed and onto the floor. Once I hit the floor I instantly jumped up and starting swinging at thin air hoping to hit whatever grabbed me. After not hitting anything I moved to the door which was a little more than half way closed to check on my kids(my first response to everything). As soon as I put my hand on the door and gave it a little push to open it this thing was next me and pushed the door closed. I gave a face like, "oh no you didn't!" while it simply laughed at me like it was playing a game. So I told it to do it again as I pushed the door open with some force this time. It responded by slamming it back where I immediately grabbed the door to keep it from slamming. Without hesitation I took my right hand and grabbed the black figure by the throat and I looked in its "face" and told it, "I'm stronger than you" with a evil smile. After uttering my last word I threw this thing to the floor where it slammed into me desk that I am currently sitting at. I could sense the fear that overtook this being and I laughed at it. With a thought of, "Well, if this is the only thing here I might as well go back to bed. This is when I sort of just flew back into my bed. I do not remember jumping or grabbing the blanket. As I laid in bed, I thought, "wait, did that just happen?" So I sat up fully awake, very puzzled, and conducted a reality check just to make sure. With nothing else to do I went back to sleep.

If I astral projected then I would not have been able to move the door right? If it was a dream, well then I simply do not remember waking up or my eyes even being closed. I am still confused on what happened, but am leaning towards it being a dream. Thoughts from someone with experience?

The grim reaper experience is four post above yours. Thank you for the links as I never really looked into it since it only happened once. I know how people associate them with death, but nobody died that I am aware of. Then again I can not speak for Patrick because he moved, as did I, less than a year later.

On a side note, the first time I told this story was in a chat room a few weeks after this all took place. The girl I was talking to was some sort of Indian and told me look around and tell if I saw anything. Sure enough, a bright yellow shadow person was standing in the doorway looking at me. Freaked me out quite a bit. I told the girl then told me to burn some candle in different spots of the house... I declined.

As for shadow people, I did put a thread a little while ago about my first dealing with them. I have seen black, one yellow, one blue, a few red shadow people. Most of them are black. Only one black shadow person had red eyes. When I see them, I can give their height and a guess on their mass. But the shadow people never have faces or hats or any other garments. The grim reaper one was the only one I could see with clothes and a scythe.

I did post in another thread where someone mentioned something about reapers, even gave them a name and said that they were from Taratus or something. Not real sure about all that.

As for them being aliens(I am saying this before I look at the links) I have never seen an alien. I am also worried about doing hypnosis as to what it may reveal. Strange, I know.

I have astral projected into the future a few times, but always in my sleep. I tried meditation a few times a year or so ago, but then started reading stories about how people see shadow people during, and upon returning from their meditation. I kind of decided I didn't want to go there so I stopped!

I had a ghost that stayed with me from age 6 until around age 14 before it gradually started leaving me alone. It scared me so bad as a child! I don't want to do anything to open the door to let this type of thing back in my life ever again!

But, as for your question... this may have been an OBE, especially since others have reported seeing these beings also. And the fact you jumped back into your body as you described it. Even if it was a "dream", I think your encounter with this being was real. Since you showed it you aren't afraid of it, maybe it will not bother you any more. Let's hope!

Theres a world of difference between when we are sleeping normally and when we are unknowingly placed within a state of suspended animation...

During one abduction case i read about...

A woman who had awakened in bed to see a helicopter over her house,as if the intervening ceiling and roof had disappeared.She later described also seeing two unusual humanoid aliens at the foot of her bed.Two of her human friends were able to witness this scene and they saw a blue sphere of light around her,as she did,with brighter lights shooting through it,but they heard no helicopter and saw no aliens.The blue light apparently created a virtual reality scenario for her to experience a fabricated scene and to recall a false memory that the aliens implanted within her?

while they took her soul on an astral journey? or just took her soul? perhaps replacing it with something not quite human? like the medeival changelings? vampires? night hags? incubus and sucubus? grim reapers? and if so,how would we ever know whats really going on?

Correction... you didn't say you jumped back into your body. You said you jumped back in bed. So... maybe a dream that was "real".
