How do you know she didn't kill someone? You were personally there? You trust the msm to report it?

And your still avoiding my question. If she is wanted for manslaughter from a hit and run, would she seem so innocent now?

"where are all the good cops? havent seen any."

I sometimes think its kind of like Batman, theres good cops out their but they overall system is cast in shadow and its not easy or safe for the good to go after the bad. Gordon knew to do his best while also keeping quiet and playing along with the game. Maybe we need some Batmans to come out and kick some ass before we can weed out the criminals? Or maybe I just watched the Dark Knight Rises trailer... heres for the best

Yes, which was used on crazy people.

Latancy illness is not required, but that could very well be the case. So your statistics don't stand.

I have one major observation to make in watching that video and what happened to her, in it. I don't know about what came before..or after...but I'm focusing on that can be seen.

One thin girl is running...from something..whatever. Fat boy is right on her heels and in times past, might even grab the suspect and take her into custody. However, it seems we have the Stay Puft marshmellow man in a uniform here, so electrocuting someone that is almost close enough to just grab is the only answer he can come up with.

Go Forbid someone being chased for a non-violent, no threatening offense actually get away. We CANNOT have that, apparently. Far better to shoot them, zap them and Oh well....If they happen to take a head dive into concrete.... Too bad. Shouldn't have run, huh?

1). Training on tasers. Make them tools, not toys or TAKE THEM from the grown up children with badges who can't seem to stop themselves from zapping everyone like they're a bug zapper on Louisiana summer night.

2). For the love of everything.......FIRE THE FAT BODIES! ! ! I want a Police Officer patrolling my streets that is Fit, Well Kept and ready to meet whatever challenge with CONFIDENCE, not the fear that has them tasing little children and small girls.

I'm not exactly Richard Simmons myself when I step on the scale...but I'm not putting on the tools of a Police Officer every morning and walking out my door to stand between REAL bad guys and a public they'd love to vicitmize. When the cops make ME look down right physically fit........Abuse of tasers is but the most obvious symptom.

It appears a girl is now as good as dead. Why? That disgusting fat body with a badge could't physically solve this any other way.

So what do you think? Was this an abuse of police power?
...

Any Police officer who uses a tazer against someone is abusing their power. I personally will not accept them as the norm. I hate to think what "non-lethal" gear they will get their hands on in the future.

tell that to this guy. What if he used a bullet instead?

Wow so you are suggesting police should have Tasers based on an obviously rare instance when a dog attacks them? I guess they should also be issued a blow up dingy in case of a flood and tranquilisers in case of a rhino attack. I would go and tell this to that guy, they shot a dog that started to run away. The question is, are you prepared to go and tell the OP woman’s family? If Tasers make you feel safe then that’s cool but many people around the world can cope without the need to shoot our way out of a situation.

This is cruel and brutal. The cop could have easily caught her but instead he feels the need to pull out his "non-lethal" weapon and shock the girl... and look at consequence. She was probably tazed in the spine or something and went up to her brain... So sad this makes me angry. The cop needs a taste of his own medicine.

Diddnt you know that all criminals are crazy in the eyes of the police? Tazers and their electric shock treatment are not required.

Without the MSM, we wouldn't know about this story at all.

IF, again with the IF! Yes, if she had been wanted for manslaughter.... she wouldn't seem so innocent..... But she still would be......Until proven guilty.

That is how things work in the USA.

Tragic event but :

She was arrested and tried to run .... she knew that was wrong

She fell in an unlucky way as a direct consequence of her own choice

She was unlucky in her fall ....

The blame is her own, however sad it is.

Of course i have no problem telling the woman's family. She broke the law , put her in hand cuffs , she ran , we tazed her , she fell and hit her head , and it caused her brain damage.

Lesson , Don't run in handcuffs from police. The consequences are just not worth it . But she had to learn the hard way.

This isn't new idea , its not a new concept either . Maybe to you ... but you don't run, your already caught . Running makes everything worse .

make me feel safe? How about all the times a taser has been used ? and the people live today to tell about it ?

What about all the gun shots , tazers have prevented ? Does that not count for anything?

Check out death rates for tazers vs guns . Then come talk to me ..

Tazers are for everyones safety , but ask your self , would you rather have lazy cops

with tazers , or guns?

thnx.

yeah, and people will say it's her fault.

it's pretty much - blame everyone but the officer. I've read numerous stories before how police can shoot people and be cleared of killing them because they claim the (deaths) wouldn't have happened if the crime hadn't been committed and therefore it's deemed the criminals fault. and blame the deaths on the criminal since it was the 'result' of their crime. even if the police fired a weapon and killed them. (twisted logic, mostly just used to save themselves i would think?)

same thing probably happens here? they'd say, well, if the girl wasn't committing a crime!!!!1 then she wouldn't have gotten tazed, fallen down and hurt herself. they'd just say she got herself into that mess. something like that

I wonder if these people even feel remorse for doing something like this? i think it's pretty sad for someone to say it's her fault. if that happened to you im sure you wouldnt be saying that. or if it was someone you had known. but thats how our selfish viewpoints work, unless it happens to you, certain people can't really sympathize.

Now he has a braindead girl on his conscientouss

He has no conscience. Every time a cop dies, I wonder and worry if he went to Hell, if there even IS a Hell.

They're in the wrong line of work. Just the fact that they enforce bad laws, is in itself is bad enough. They are the enforcers, even if they don't actually hurt / kill someone, as this lazy POS did. Their very souls are in danger of retribution. That is extremely bad karma on him.

As far as the tazers, they have GOT to be taken away from cops. I've always known cops should not have tazers. I'll bet I'm not the only one who saw this coming, either.

I don't understand why he didnt just grab her, for the time it took him to grab his taser and fire it, he was within an arms length, think he likes his toys too much, I thought it was illegal to tase a suspect in handcuffs. He claims he was trying to protect her from running into a busy street and getting hit by a car. Totally bizarre how she ended up in a vegetative state after that. I dont agree with the cop or the girl in this case.

Unlucky she is, and not all that smart either, but she is not the only one to blame here sir. As the girl and the officer come into the shot and he aims the tazer, you can see that he is only inches from within arms reach of her. Hell, it looks as though the tazer even grazes her back before she gets enough space between her the officer for him to fire. He could have easily trotted up and just grabbed the poor girl to restrain her. Instead, he decides to shock her, knowing fully well (I would hope) that she spill forth onto the hard pavement. It was an inhuman decision.

Unfortunately, this type of thing is to be expected when a majority of officers are below the average intelligence level.

It's terrible that it happened, I agree.

But come on.
Lesson #1. Don't run from the cops. DUH

I see nothing wrong with what the cop did. She ran. Innocent people generally don't run. The cop was making sure that the perp didn't get away.

No abuse of power from my point of view.

Nah dude. I just tell the cops to stay out of my way as I have personal business to attend to. They tell you to leave it to them so I just go "you betcha, ociffer" and go looking for the bastard myself. If someone breaks into my home, well no one knows they are there do they? No one will know where to look for the body.

Trust me, not every one needs or wants cops. They tend to be an impediment to justice in my experience.

As far as this POS goes, hang him by his 'nads till they drop off and then tazer him for moving.

I guess a HEALTHY chase was out of question, smh and she is now braindead!?!? Its sad SOME of these cops dont seem to follow the LAWS of GOD it seems the LAWS of man Rule them thats why they feel its OK to kill or harm another w/o considering how ABOVE sees it. Thing is all he had to do was chase her but it didnt seem like that was logic so the took the easy way SHOCK the captured... SAD
, 1 prays she some how can recover

You need to edit the title, I watched the video, she was CLEARLY not hand cuffed and she was running from police. When you are arrested you are hand cuffed behind your back.

edit: looking closer it does appear they may have her cuffed in the front... however you still ran from cops... also the cop is in idiot he should have been holding her.

I know i cant spell.
Its pretty sad really, my spelling.

Maybe this copper should have pulled out his whistle and whistled her to the ground. With her being all jacked up on coke and all im sure she would have complied with the whistle.

This fat, piece of crap pig should burn in hell for eternity for tazing that sweet little girl!! (even though she obviously doesnt give a crap about anyone but herself based on the hit and runs and surely would have turned her drug habbit around and been a productive member of society)

Sorry, but i dont pity stupid people who make crap decisions with their lives.
