I would like to thank ALL the contributors to the thread so far, both old friends and new. The images are absolutely breathtaking. I know more than a few friends who have chosen one for a new comp background, the only challenge seems to be on picking which one!

I hope you all continue to add more images in the future; it has already become a great place to stop by for some beauty and perspective for me, and I hope for others as well.

Thank you for sharing! That second image is eerily similar to a place in one of my dreams, it's kind of hard to understand, but the water and the bridge and striated vertical layout are familiar to me. Thank you again.
