You seem to be right about google, without google i dont think the internet would of been as open or searchable.

Well, I don't know if that's quite fair. Google is certainly the company that won the search engine war, but Yahoo, Alta Vista, Lycos, Ask Jeeves, Inktomi and countless others were in the battle as well.

The point he made about google was that it gave a independent option to search the web, the other option was to use the major search engines, the problem being they where/are controlled by the illuminati.
