could you please provide this proof to us. Just because HAARP operates at the same frequency as our brain waves does not mean it can control us. Does our brain receive these waves? If so, what part of the brain acts as the receiver? Also, is there a way to determine, if in fact haarp actually controls us, if we are receiveing these thought altering waves?

Read the whole thread the info is in there. Experiments were done showing the how EM fields effect our emotions and one experiment was able to transmit a voice in the occupant head. We had 3 months of unusual drought, but now we are getting constant rain from the gulf of mexico and today something weird appeared in our skies over the city. A Black ring that nobody could explain. It looked really creepy. Maybe someone like DragonRider could explain this. Here's the URL:

I am not going to venture a guess on this particular incident, however, I do know that both Directed Energy experiments and EM testing (AKA HAARP/Scalar technology) has been experimented with at both Camp Bullis South West Research.

Anywayz iv given up on HARRP now, just when it was becomeing very predictable we get a fake trace. As powerful as HARRP may be its not alone... i think i rember the HARRP facility was originally meant to be a military base run buy 6 diesel engines, one was instaled b4 the project was cut and turned in to HARRP... also there were some arguments about HARRP's antenna array and i belive there was orignally meant to be more b4 they changed there mind.... Why build 1 facility when u can build more, even 6 for the same price?

By the way DR i read a post about a guy traveling on a plane in Alaska and was caught in a storm, his plane was soon escorted out of a military area the plane flew in, he happend to have a cammera and took some photos of some weired lines along the ground.

Regarding your assessment of accurate reliable information sources dwindling, I agree.

The HAARP website is run by the USAF (even though it is "publicly" run by the University of Alaska for publicity purposes), and as such is easily manipulated.

The USGS, being a federal agency, is also very susceptible to the same manipulation.

IRIS is run by a consortium of universities. As such, it is a bit harder to access and manipulate by the fed gov, but as all these universities recieve fed funding, it is still within possibility (which is likely why it took so long for it to happen).

I would say that the fed is watching this thread, and they learned from the Comet thread, in that simply shutting down federal sources of information as NASA did will cause a good level of paranoia and panic in the conspiracy theory population. This is likely why they are now covertly playing with these sources of information.
